Exclusive private home in gated community across the street from the beach.
La casa si trova nell'esclusiva comunità gated di LaValencia nella parte ovest di Panama City Beach. Gli ospiti hanno accesso alla piscina privata di fronte alla spiaggia con accesso recintato e accesso alla spiaggia privata. Ci sono 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni, lavanderia di dimensioni complete, ampia cucina e zona pranzo. Hai una griglia a gas sul ponte inferiore e spazio per mangiare fuori se si sceglie. C'è anche un tavolo separato per i più piccoli. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, una zona salotto e scrivania. Il bagno principale ha una vasca da giardino e doccia in piedi e grande cabina armadio. Master ha anche un balcone privato attraverso le porte francesi nella camera da letto. Le altre 2 camere hanno anche letti king size. Al primo piano si ha una camera che ha due letti a castello di dimensioni doppie.
LaValencia si trova all'estremità ovest di Panama City Beach. Il West End è abbastanza e non tanto traffico, ma allo stesso tempo hai un Pulbix e Winn Dixie proprio dietro l'angolo rispetto alla casa. C'è un Dunkin Doughunts, Waffle House, ristorante di pesce e CVS. Sei anche a dieci minuti di auto dal centro commerciale Beautiful Rosemary e dalla spiaggia. Sei anche a 10 minuti di auto da Pier Park (il nostro centro commerciale all'aperto e il parco Frank Brown. Vieni e goditi davvero la tua vacanza che tutti sognano.

We went down for four nights on Memorial Day weekend. We love the west end of Panama City beach and have vacationed here for years. It is much quieter with a lot less traffic. Wow!. This house by far is the best we have stayed in. Like someone before said the pictures do not do it justice. Everything you need as far as cookware, a short walk to the beach, and the kids loved the pool even though it got a little crowded at times since it was a holiday weekend. We will definitely plan on coming back.

This home was clean, spacious, and so convenient for the beach. There are two pools, one hot tub, and a private beach access for the small gated community. It was very safe, quiet, and convenient. I highly recommend this stay! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. Lots of spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Gas grill. It was literally a 3-4 min walk across the street to get to the beach and 1 min if you rent the golf cart, which really made it even more convenient and fun. I really appreciate everyone from See Ya At The Beach rentals as well. They are responsive and will take care of any concerns you may run into in a respectful and timely manner! Rest easy knowing you will have a great stay.

Well had a wonderful stay in the beautiful, spacious, well-stocked home. The children enjoyed the games they could find all the playing pieces to be able to play. The home is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The short walk to the beach side pool is great and there are bathrooms at the pool, which are convenient to use when at the beach. We had the best time with our family of ten at this beach house. We plan to return, if we remain to be a family of ten.

Home was perfect for our family. It was as pictured and short walk to beach. Well stocked with kitchen items and beach gear. Meticulously CLEAN. The grands were disappointed that the jets did not work in the master tub.
