Questo condominio bellissimo e affascinante si trova nel cuore di Aspen, vicino al famoso hotel St Regis. È il luogo ideale per gli sciatori e per gli ospiti che desiderano passeggiare per le strade della bellissima Aspen ed essere vicino a negozi, ristoranti, teatri, parchi. Soprattutto, il condominio è a solo un isolato di distanza dall'ascensore Ajax.
Come proprietario che possiede altre due unità in aspen questa è la mia posizione preferita di tutti in quanto è vicino a tutto. Il condominio ha tutti i comfort di un hotel con una reception per rispondere a tutte le emergenze, nonché una piscina riscaldata e una vasca idromassaggio che viene sempre mantenuta e mantenuta a una piacevole temperatura di 110 gradi ed è accessibile dalla camera da letto principale. Il condominio ha anche un centro fitness. Aggiorniamo costantemente l'unità per assicurarci che gli ospiti siano a proprio agio. Tutti i mobili sono stati scelti di altissima qualità e il soggiorno ha un comodo divano letto e una bella TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici. La cucina è inoltre dotata di frigorifero sotto zero, lavastoviglie bosche, forno vichingo. Anche per il tuo divertimento abbiamo aggiunto una macchina da caffè Nespresso per chi ama godersi una bella tazza di caffè espresso.

This apartment was truly perfect for our Aspen stay! The location is right next to the St. Regis and a 5 minute walk to the Aspen chair lift. I come to Aspen every year, so having this convenient location and space was the best that I've ever had!
Everything felt clean and modern and it was a very great value for the price. My friends also said that the pullout was very comfortable. For a couple of days of the stay, we had 6 girls, and it still felt spacious enough for everyone.
Akram was very communicative, nice and easy to work with from the moment I booked the VRBO. There is staff on-site to help, and also a really beautiful and nice pool and hot tub. It was a lot nicer in person than in the photos.

Easy access. Had agent and owner harassing for viewing of unit by other clients!!! Clothes dryer didn’t work. Good location though.

We stayed for AGSW. This property was perfect for 5 friends. The location was great! Walking distance to the gondolas and most restaurants and bars. The highlight of the property was the comfort for the price.

I was thoroughly pleased with my stay. The unit was very convenient to town. The host was very responsive to any inquiries I had. I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Even in the summer when it’s warm in Aspen, the condo didn’t get too hot because it’s on a lower level and protected by shade. The condo is convenient to downtown, making it easy to get to all the restaurants and shops. The beds and bedding were comfortable too.

We loved our stay at the condo. Can’t beat the location, set back enough to be quiet and just a few blocks from the action.
Great for getting to both the gondola and in to town for coffee or a meal, all on foot.

We had a wonderful stay in Aspen and the condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location was excellent, we walked everywhere! Our children especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We would absolutely recommend this unit and stay here again.

This condo is in the perfect location to walk the downtown Aspen area. Clean space and the owner was easy to communicate with. Perfect space for four grown adults. We had a wonderful trip and would stay again.

Unit is very nice, not flashy but solid ski condo vibe. Location is really good, right where you want to be. Owner is super nice and easy to communicate with. Price is a good value for the quality and location. Hot tub and pool are really nice features.

Cozy condo close to everything Aspen. Just a short block walk to Ruby park Bus station allowing for easy access to all 4 mountains! Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Fantastic hot tub to soak after a day skiing hard. An amazing stay!

We had a fantastic long-weekend in Aspen at this lovely property. Excellent location within just a few blocks to all amazing things Aspen! Prior to our arrival, our property manager sent clear and concise communications with us and did so throughout our stay to ensure that everything was in order. I highly recommend this property!!

Four of us stayed for an Aspen/Snowmass ski trip. Walking distance to the lifts and numerous restaurants, shops, etc. Nicely furnished, comfortable- 5 stars.

Good value for a great location in downtown Aspen. Although there is not a dedicated parking space, we had no issues getting a parking pass from the office and finding parking. Unit is as described except the second bathroom is very small (especially the shower). Overall we had a very comfortable, fun stay!

One bedroom has no closet, other bedroom has no dresser. Second bedroom shower is so small it’s unusable by a teen or adult.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, two bedroom basement unit this fall. Comfortable and cozy with off-street parking. Great wifi and TV. Hot tub was an added bonus. Wonderful location and short walk to access downtown Aspen, restaurants, bike trails, the opera house and transit station.

The condo and property were great. Everything we needed. Perfect location for our trip, well stocked with utensils & some spices for cooking, nicely appointed, and the Nespresso machine topped it all off! Our host was so fast at getting back to me regarding any questions I had and very accommodating. Thank you so much. Would love to stay here again next year.

Everything was as expected with this condo. Great location. Loved the pool and hot tub. Lower unit so it stayed nice as cool during the hot afternoons

Nada was flexible with our timing and needs to have some baby furniture dropped off and picked up. Unit was not ready when we got there but it was an early check in and that got resolved. It's pretty compact but it got the job done and the location can't be beat.

Location👍.condo in very poor condition. No rental info about the condo. Pool is fun but no pool pool towels available. Shower in guest room is so small you can’t even turn in it or bend to . pick up the soap!! No closet in second room. So if you have a wedding or are skiing good luck! When trying to get help you get sent all over the place. Not a pleasant stay .👎

Aspen Retreat
Excellent location but second bedroom should at least have double beds, preferably queen ... and only kids can fit in quest shower. Master bedroom/bath, kitchen and living room are awesome but no closets in quest bedroom. Still a B- B+ property for a stay in downtown Aspen, can walk to everything. Recommended for parents with two children not 4 adults.
