Upon entry, you’ll find a well-designed layout with a bedroom on each side of the hallway. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds, which can be converted into a king bed upon request, and its own ensuite bathroom.
Continue down the hall to the open-concept living and dining area, where you can unwind with friends and family by the wood-burning fireplace. A collapsible partition wall provides privacy for the pull-out sofa bed and the third bathroom, making this space ideal for larger groups.

Great location and setting. It’s quiet and clean. My only complaint is that the pullout couch mattress is small and VERY uncomfortable. It needs to be updated and it’s a stretch that it sleeps two. So overall sleeping 6 comfortably is not a true description of the unit. More like sleeps 4.

We were very pleased with our stay at Aspen Alps. Unbeatable location in downtown Aspen. Very helpful staff. The property accepted our Service Dog which is a big benefit for us. Very clean with a fully outfitted kitchen. Lovely grounds. After one visit, this will be our preferred place to stay in Aspen.
