Ottima posizione ad un ottimo prezzo. Recentemente aggiornato, questo condominio bellissimo blocco oceano ha 2 piani con una camera da letto queen size e bagno completo al primo piano. Secondo piano comprende letti a castello di dimensioni complete con due rotelle in una camera da letto e letto full size e una doppia più letto a castello pieno nell'altra camera da letto. Ulteriori bagno completo si trova al 2 ° piano. Condominio è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e in una zona senza grandi alberghi quindi c'è sempre spazio sulla spiaggia anche durante il periodo più affollato dell'anno. Condominio vanta un arredamento moderno ed è completamente arredato con TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera. Il soggiorno ha una Smart TV in modo da poter trasmettere i tuoi programmi preferiti o ascoltare la musica. Cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, forno a microonde, fornelli, frullatore, caffettiera, lavastoviglie, tostapane, ferro / bordo e crockpot per pasti semplici. L'area di archiviazione contiene un tavolo da gioco con sedie extra per gruppi più grandi. Lavanderia ha combinazione lavatrice / asciugatrice con ripiani aggiuntivi per la conservazione. Godetevi le persone che guardano dal mazzo con molti posti a sedere. La fermata dell'autobus è in vista del condominio. The condo was wonderful. Neat, clean and had many conveniences. We were able to walk most places.

We decided to do our bachelorette party in Ocean City. Gina’s place was perfect!
I requested to please get in early to decorate and setup the space. I was alerted around 10am check in day that the place was ready to go and I could enter!
The place was spotless to say the least, I would love to know what cleaner they use for the floor my socks stayed white. I highly suggest this spot, a short walk to the beach, bus stop, and wine rack.

Everything was amazing at the house. Very clean and organized. The house is very close to the beach and many restaurants are within walking distance which was great for our 1 and 4 year old. Thank you for having us!

The property was more spacious than I expected. I love the location as the beach is readily accessible from property and it is nestled right on the strip which is a + for walking to nearby business establishments. Property is great for family trips or Guy/Gal getaways!!

This was our second year staying at 86th Valhalla. We always have such an awesome time and the location is perfect for beach access. Owners are very responsive and work hard to ensure renters are happy during their stay.

The location and size of the property are great as a home base. It has everything you might want or need with the exception of a place for a family to have a meal together or play board games together. Only enough counter space for 2 adults or 3 kids to sit.

Convenient and close to the beach
Nice place close to the beach. Wasn't the cleanest place, and it was small but it was close to the beach.

Once we stepped in the property it was so dirty and smelled bad, there is urine smell in the bathrooms and the bedrooms , even so many of the mattresses has urine stains,
The dishes and the cups were placed in the cabinets, dirty and we have to clean them
Once we started to wash in the kitchen sink it was clogged and the disposal wasn’t working, when we complained to the property manager he sent some one to fix it but he charged me $95 for this fix saying that the cleaning company said it was working since the previous renter, this cleaning company was not trust worthy, the oven was so dirty, the coffee maker was full of gunk, on of the beds was broken and there was a dirty sock left there also the stair carpet was all stained and the the shower heads and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms wasn’t clean at all
I tried to reach out to the manager he changed one of the mattresses and the coffee maker, and he fixed the broken bed
When I was complaining about all this problems he recommended if I want to move out and find somewhere else, which I refused because I already booked this property for me and my family since January and there would have been impossible to find some where else in a very short notice

When arrived it wasn’t set up as expected we, were expecting more beds than listed, but we made due, we did have to clean for some reason I don’t believe the cleaner was their like she told the owners she was so we had to clean deeply, to make it stay able, I sent owner message she responded within time. Sadly I wasn’t offered any money back like typical owners usually do when your not satisfied other than that loved the location.

Once we stepped in the property it was so dirty and smelled bad, there is urine smell in the bathrooms and the bedrooms , even so many of the mattresses has urine stains,

I loved being so close with my family at this cozy spot! We enjoyed our time here and felt safe with all the kids there. I would definitely book this place again. With that being said the host was amazing and answered our call on the second ring! We appreciated out time here and would love to stay here again!

Cozy place close to beach! Fully stocked kitchen, lots of board games and plenty of supplies. Traffic made for a loud sleeping situation and the main space is small with no kitchen table but we made it work. There was a card table to use there. Communication with the owners was great. Overall great stay!

Home very wonderful
It is close to the beach and to the locale stores, home very wonderful, even though if I was in front of the highest highway I enjoyed my staying there. Very acceptable the experience with the property. The kitchen was the plus. I guess that I found my vacation home for future. I have not complaint about it.

Labor Day weekend getaway
The location is awesome! It was so nice to be able to access the house throughout our day and night on the beach! The keypad entry made it great to not worry about a key, or losing it. Smart TVs made the kids happy so we could log in to Netflix and watch their favorite shows. The owners were very responsive to emails and questions also.
The house has the usual wear and tear of a rental but nothing that would stop us from coming back! Ready for next Labor Day at Valhalla!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The location is absolutely perfect. It was literally a 2 minute walk right into the beach. With a bunch of kids, this made our beach outings very easy!The bedrooms/beds were perfect for a large family. We had 2 adults and 6 children, ranging in age from 3-14yrs. Everyone was able to have their own bed. We could even keep all the kids upstairs together, while the two adults had the room downstairs. 2 full bathrooms was also a great plus. The only tiny drawback was dining space. There is only a kitchen counter area with 4 bar stools. It would be absolutely fine for adults, but a bit of a squeeze for all of our kids to use. I did happen upon a folding table and chairs in the laundry closet on our last night which definitely would have helped out. So we will utilize that for sure on our next trip. I would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to returning next summer.

The location of the home is perfect if your looking to avoid the heavily trafficked area around the boardwalk. The beach and restaurants are walking distance.

Weekend get away success
What an amazing place to stay. Everything was so simple and perfect from the start of the weekend to the end. The home was clean, organized, spacious, and overall perfect. Will definitely be back I had such an amazing experience. This home is also right next to bus stop so you can really just go anywhere and only pay $3! What an amazing trip we had thank you so much to the owners of this house for letting us to stay! It was everything and more.

Plan to stay again
The living room is on the small size but the extra bed space was what we needed. The location was perfect. The bus stop is right out front. We plan to use the same condo next year.

Gina was extremely responsive with our group. The house was very clean and updated, the beds were super comfy. In a great location, bus stop is right in front, beach is a one minute walk. Highly recommend for a close group of family or friends!

Very clean. We stayed during cruise in weekend and the perfect place to watch cars. Lots of comfortable beds.
