This is a great pub and in an incredible location. Room was clean and fit for purpose. The owner was incredibly helpful. Breakfast freshly cooked snd tasted delicious

Fabulous staff, and outstanding landlady. Lovely food at both dinner and breakfast. Great room with over-and-above extras at the tea and coffee station. Fridge in room. Very comfortable double bed. Wonderful woodland garden. Easy and plentiful parking right outside. Quirky posh chatty clientele.
Steak delicious, but “rare” requested and “medium” provided. Too British to mention it at the table. Shower controls in the upstairs room somewhat tricky. Turn full on and bring a strong wrist. And again to turn it off.

Warm welcome, good food and love the fridge with fresh milk and fruit, plus the cereal in the room
Not the property's fault, however a mozzie got in my room in the night and gave me several bites
