Nice condo, great location on south end. Too bad the beach is corroding, I hope the County will find a solution.

Loved the condo, very clean, everything was there you need, and the owners are excellent with communication! Checking in was easy as was access... very secure location. The condo is a short drive to almost anything you'd like to do, or a short walk to the pool and small beach. There is a Publix close by for groceries, it's a little pricey so definitely go to Walmart, it's not far away. Try the restaurants and bar across the street as well. We'll absolutely be coming back!! Thank you 😊

Relaxing week on the beach!
Much needed time away from work and stress. This condo is perfect for 1-2 people that do not need much fuss. Right on the beach. I did not like not having a garbage disposal or dishwasher but otherwise it had everything you would want or need. There was some black mold along the shower/tub otherwise it was very nice. I noted this was reported before so maybe they can get this cleaned up.

We loved our stay, the pool area and beach were exactly what we were wanting for our trip. The owners are very nice and were very attentive to our needs.

Great for a long walk or relaxing and reading or playing in warm water.
Close to all restaurants and retail. Walked to Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Unit and all around it are clean and relaxing. Great place to relax at pool with warm temperature, perfect to cool off.
Codo had full kitchen to cook-in or reheat items from meals out.
They seemed to have thought of everything you may need, even had a few float noodles to use at pool.
Really liked the others we met, and everyone said they loved the area. Area is very comfortable to be in and is really nice.
Everyone we met was friendly and easy to talk and deal with.
Wanted to stay longer but needed to return home.
Will defiantly contact again for return trip as soon as time permits.

Excellent Property and Outstanding Location
This is definitely a property I will book for future stays in Ft Meyers Beach. The property was clean and had a very cozy layout. The internet was down for a few hours which caused me email the owner to find out if the modem was out or the entire area was out. Within 5 minutes she called me back and informed me the entire area was down. Unbelievable concern for her tenets. The location was outstanding. The south side of the island is quiet and the beaches not very busy. Excellent restaurants are located in a strip mall right across the street and the Tuesday/Thursday farmers market was great. We Ubered to the condo and rented bikes for the week. Definitely recommend this option as the traffic on the island was problematic and parking almost non existent. There is also a free Trolly on weekends and the normal Trolly during the week is 75 cents.....

Great vacation
We had a great stay!! Sheryl was responsive to questions and requests in a very timely manner!! The location, space (both in the unit and outside), and amenities were perfect for us!

It was nice overall. Generally clean and well-furnished. The shower had a fair bit of mold in it and the bed was pretty hard- we had a tough time sleeping some nights. Also, we would have appreciated a dishwasher. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and tennis courts, and the place is walkable to many restaurants.

Great Stay
Condo was as described and pictured. Very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately since we hit the cool weather for the week we did not get to enjoy the beach or pool. A guest did say the pool was heated but we decided not to try. Kitchen well stocked. Had some condiment items in fridge and cupboards from other guests, all had good expiration dates. We left a couple items ourselves. Also bathroom had extra items.

This place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was great for us as we weren't interested in being right in the beach/pier area. Residents that also lived in the complex were very pleasant. Pool was perfect and plenty of areas to sit. Laundry facility was on site which is always appreciated if you need it. Owners were easily available to communicate with. You can be assured that you have a place without any problems. That's what made our time very pleasant. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Peace of Mind Stay
This place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was great for us as we weren't interested in being right in the beach/pier area. Residents that also lived in the complex were very pleasant. Pool was perfect and plenty of areas to sit. Laundry facility was on site which is always appreciated if you need it. Owners were easily available to communicate with. You can be assured that you have a place without any problems. That's what made our time very pleasant. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Quiet and Rleaxing
We were able to get away for a wonderful relaxing stay, filled with sun by the pool, walking along the beach, and eating great food. Pleasant surprise to find beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use, but would have liked more beach towels.

Super location - beautiful beach
This unit is super beachy cute! The bed was very comfortable, all the amenities you could need - beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, towels, etc. the bathroom and kitchen look brand new - very nice! Right across the street is Santaini Plaza with cute shops, great food choices - we loved “Fish Tail” restaurant - ate there 4 times! And an ice cream shop!! Pinchers is just down the beach and has outdoor seating.
We took a limo from the airport but you can Uber also…. We did not need a car during our stay - we rented bikes, walked and took the trolley. Publix grocery is a 15 min bike ride away but they also deliver…
I would highly recommend this unit….we will be back.

Just the RnR needed!
This property is beautiful! My friend and so we’re taking a break from reality and this was the perfect spot. Literally steps away from a very serene beach. The pool was quiet and relaxing as well. Inside the condo there was everything needed for a great stay and it was very clean. Overall I would and I do plan to stay again!

Amazing getaway!
The property was very nice. I love that it was in walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars! The pool was very clean as was the beach! I will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip to the east coast!! We even had a few questions before our stay and while we were there and each time I reached out to Sheryl she responded within minutes! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
