I am not happy at all. It has been one problem after another....... This is ridiculous at this point. I have a random microwave on my floor to try to cook. I can't do laundry. I had to figure out how to reset the main tv remote so it wouldn't blare at volume 100. The bikes had to be redelivered because one has no pedal and one had a seat that was sideways. The front steps in front of the entrance to the walkway have caved in. They were not like that when we left this morning. This is completely unacceptable. I want those stones at the front door documented. Someone could break their ankle or leg or worse walking over that. This stay here so far has been FAR from a vacation. And that's coming from a Floridian that was born and raised at the beach in this state. This stay definitely wouldn't happen to anyone at the beach where I come from.
I am not happy. At all. And nobody from VRBO or 30 A Luxury rentals has reached out to me. We were so unhappy that We checked out a day early and stayed somewhere else

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet carriage house. Very comfortable for two people. Location is perfect! Short walks to shops, restaurants, pools, beach. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We were super pleased with everything this carriage house had to offer. It was more than enough room for myself and my husband. Living room comes with a pull out couch. Kitchen was more than sufficient for a short stay. Property management was easy to reach and attentive, check in and check out was simple highly recommend.

Our mattress had dip in it, huge pee stain and squeaky. We call the first night that we were there. Nothing was done about it. Still have not heard anything. We were offered wine at some point, but we don’t drink. Other than that, never heard anything else.

We spent two weeks here in early February, and while the weather was mid 50s-60s, there was sunshine and everything we wanted in walking distance. The carriage house was well equipped with everything we needed and the two times we contacted management they responded within 10 minutes.

We stayed the weekend that in Jan. that torrential rains and winds descended upon the area starting early that Saturday. So we were excited to stay in and just watch Netflix but much to our surprise the tv remotes both didn't work correctly to either tv in the unit. We also discovered unfortunately that about half of the electrical outlets didn't work as well. The unit itself was clean, and neat but tired. I did reach out to the managing property which did provide an auto response by text but was unable to actually talk to an individual until the day we left for we were just there for a long weekend. I was told that her manager would give me a call about our experience but that never happened. So if you are not spending much time in the unit it would be ok, but if you are rained in for a long weekend, you may want to reconsider another option.

This was our best stay yet. We couldn't have picked a better location! We were tucked away in a quiet part of Rosemary Beach but just a short walk or bike ride away from shops, restaurants and sand between our toes! We personally loved the bed and slept like babies. My children had no issues with the sleeper sofa either. Overall just a wonderful, relaxing stay and we will most definitely contact 30A Luxury Vacations for any further beach vacation needs!

This is the second time we stayed at the Uncorked Carriage House. We reported how bad the bed was the first time, but it was the same bed this second time. I don't think we'll be back--it was hard to sleep in such a soft, lumpy bed. The sofa bed was worse. Other than that, the place is very nice and the location in Rosemary Beach is excellent--close enough to the beach to be convenient, and far enough away to be quiet.

My husband and I stayed in this carriage house for 4 days and loved every minute of it. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival and stocked with trash bags, dishwasher and washing machine pods. If you want small and cozy, with the Rosemary feel, this will suit! Location is steps from town square, shopping, and dining and a quick bike ride from beach. We enjoyed the two bikes provided to cruise around the area and get to beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Uncorked Carriage House was so comfortable and welcoming. My husband and I stayed for an entire week and we were offered everything we could need for our trip. Uncorked is located right in the heart of Rosemary! We had convenient access to the beach and renting chairs was a breeze. Uncorked was extremely clean and the property manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

This space is outdated, unfinished, old , dusty and over priced
The code didnot work to get in after a 7 hour drive and it was not easy to get someone to help at 8:30 at night.
The bikes that were suppose to come with place where not where they were suppose to be and once I found them the lock code didn’t work. Relaxing didn't start till about 1 pm. Because of trying to get all info correct.
Check out at 9 am is crazy early

- The unit has everything you need in a place for a week-long stay, i.e., kitchen equip, toiletries, complimentary items, towels, etc.
- Love having a parking spot inside the garage
- Bikes with baskets helped a ton to carry items to beach and pools

- The bed is a queen size bed and is not very comfortable...kinda lumpy.
- The stand-only shower needs a stool or bench inside to make it easier to wash...next time we'll bring our own small shower stool.
- Wish there were more hooks or a drying rack for hanging wet laundry
- Wish the living area had a lower height central coffee table versus the tall piece there currently. Makes it hard to get comfy and prop your feet up after a long day on the beach.
Don't let the Cons/Suggestions scare you! This place will still meet all of your expectations, plus more. We intend to stay here again for the next years to come!

A perfect spot for the two of us. This is a quiet corner of Rosemary Beach, yet the walk to the beach was not a problem at all. The size was great for the two of us, and could have accommodated a child as well. The bed needs to be replaced, but generally we were delighted with our stay. Rosemary Beach is a great location.

We had a great time at Rosemary Beach. The Carriage House was perfect, The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars was parking was a bit of an issue. Need a very compact car to get in garage, and on 3 occasions, someone parked in front of the garage and blocked us in or out.
