We enjoyed the property and location. Everything you needed was at the home including beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was a game changer. With the 2 little one we had with us it was perfect for them. Will be staying again soon.

This was our 3rd time vacationing here. We love the location and amenities that are offered. We spent the majority of our time at the pool swimming. The only real issue we had was the cleanliness. The vents all have an inch of dust, the kitchen item’s definitely need replaced/updated (the pans and pizza pan are in rough shape), and the king bed upstairs had a huge stain on the mattress cover. The king bed is also very uncomfortable. But we keep coming back because you just can’t beat the location. And the owner is very nice.

The property was everything we expected. We loved the Betsy's pool, hot tub and it was a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. All adults and everyone had plenty of room. We cooked in the kitchen and used the screened in porch for meals. Thank you George for being a great host.

Perfect for family beach stay! George was kind and helped out so much just by reminding us that it was scheduled to be chilly the week we were there and that we could have the pool heated. The kids (littles and teens) spent a good portion of their time there.

Close to the beach. As described. Heated pool was nice for the kids in the cooler weather. Hot tub was nice. Bar area and mini frig came in handy. Family enjoyed the Bluetooth radio by the pool. Very spacious for a family of four. House can definitely fit four adults and four kids. No problem. Hope to stay again soon.

Even though the weather was abnormally chilly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I requested the pool to be heated the day before arrival and George most graciously accommodated. The pool and hot tub are phenomenal, clean and both are salt water. 💕 The house had plenty of room for us and the beds were comfortable. Even though there really isn't much of an "ocean view", the beach is a very short walk. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Suggestion: Water pressure in upstairs shower is quite low, could look into that.

The location of this property is great. You are central to everything which is a plus when you are traveling with unpredictable little ones. The property was exactly as listed, I only deducted one star on cleanliness because when we arrived the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and the cookware in the cabinets had clearly been stored without being thoroughly cleaned. The host mentioned a cleaning crew so maybe it was an oversight this time but important feedback to share nonetheless. Only other thing that was a slight negative to me was that you have to provide your own bed linens, towels, and bath mats. We were informed about the linens ahead of time so that is fair enough just not something I’ve encountered with past rentals. Again, not a deal breaker or anything just details that stood out. The host George was truly an amazing host. We didn’t realize that we’d want the pool heater on until our second day so we were prepared to be turned down and told we should’ve asked in advance. To our surprise George was very nice and accommodating and we were able to get the heater on for the kiddos to use the pool. I also had not received the messages via the VRBO app and he went above and beyond to get me the info. This was our first time traveling with our 8 month old and our 2 year old nephew and we couldn't have chosen a better place to make mistakes, feel overwhelmed, chase kids, etc. Overall this house reminded us all of our family vacation home in the Florida keys and made us nostalgic for summer days shared under the sun with cousins. ♥️ Glad our kids got to experience something so similar to what we grew up with.

Great location. Easy access to the beach right across the street. Right next to a restaurant that has really good food. Just a mile walk on the beach to the pier to fish or just watch others fish. Road is a little busy, but not distracting. We saw a whale, some dolphins and some sting rays (by the pier) while we were down there. Definitely recommend!

Cozy, clean beach house with plenty of room for two families. Location is great, just across the street from the beach and walkable to grocery store, mini golf and restaurants. Loved hanging out in the backyard in the evening and enjoyed the brand new hot tub.

We came in off season so the town was pretty quiet, but location was great. We walked to the beach most days. Kitchen had what we needed, and everything was in working order. The pool was still closed for winter but looked like it would be great in warmer weather.

George's property is just as shown in the pictures and as stated in the listing. We had a wonderful out-of-season stay--as it was February. If you look from either front balcony, you have a great view of the ocean. The location is convenient to pretty much everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Check in and out was flawless. The house had everything you would need and the pool and hot tub were added bonuses. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for total relaxation

This property works so well for my family. You are steps from the beach, a restaurant next door which has great food and drinks, and the pool is a game changer. It allows the kids to continue to play after coming back from the beach.!

Excellent location with beach access less than a minute from the front door (great for finicky kids). The pool was wonderful - our family spent more time in the pool than the beach. The restaurant next door was a bonus: great food, great service, no need to drive. All-in-all, great place to stay.

This house is ideally located one block from the First St beach access with all the amenities that the typical family could want, including a great pool, hot tub, pool bar and a nice open kitchen, dining and living room area. My teenage son especially enjoyed the little loft seating area on the top floor. The property isn’t in pristine condition but it was very clean and well equipped when we arrived. And George was very responsive. Our only constructive observation would be that the air conditioning system can’t keep up on hot days on the 2nd floor. There’s about a 10 degree temperature differential. The supplemental portable unit keeps the 1st floor comfortable but bedroom doors have to be left open. In addition, this is my first rental that has excluded not just any linens or towels, but also comforters/blankets (which no one rents!). So we had to bring quite a lot of linens from Boston compared to our KDH rental last year that included even the beach towels. Despite those minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful week sunning, swimming, cooking, visiting with family, and enjoying our stay! Thank you!

Home was cute, location was great for beach access and stores, the pool area was by far the best part of the home. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved our week here besides the 50 mph winds, 50 degree weather, and rain :(. Great house and location! The weather turned better at the end of the week and we were able to walk right across the street and have fun at the beach. My daughter and her friend loved the hot tub. George personally called before check in to tell me that the house was ready 5 hrs early. We had no issues at all and are looking forward to staying here again!
