Grande cottage sulla spiaggia di vecchia scuola nella bellissima Kill Devil Hills. Questo non è il tipico box da spiaggia a casa. Ha tutto il carattere delle belle case costruite sulle rive esterne anni fa. Le pareti, i pavimenti e i soffitti in legno di pino sono assolutamente mozzafiato. Questa casa si trova vicino al miglio 10 che è quasi al centro dell'area oceanica delle banche esterne. Quest'area può anche essere definita OBX (banche esterne). Sei vicino a TUTTO. 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (attraversata la strada). 5 minuti a Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, Wright Brothers Memorial. Un'ottima gita di un giorno sarebbe quella di guidare lungo la spiaggia e vedere davvero il meglio che le banche esterne hanno da offrire. Breve guida attraverso le aree Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo e Hatteras ti porta al traghetto e un viaggio di 30 minuti a Ocracoke. Questa sarebbe davvero un'incredibile avventura di gita di un giorno.
La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto complete (2 sono estremamente grandi), 1 letto king size, 2 letti matrimoniali, 1 letto a castello per 3 persone e un divano letto. 2 bagni completi e doccia esterna di grandi dimensioni. Nuovi letti nel 2009. Cucciolo amichevole. Non fumatore.

Nice clean property on the inside however the yard and driveway area had quite a bit of trash and dog waste. The inside of the property is a beautiful log cabin style. Beds were quite comfortable. The tv in one of the up stairs bedrooms did not work but the other televisions worked but did need an updated model of remotes. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Overall we {my family and I } really enjoyed our stay.

This beach house has great location, its great value for your money. Very cozy, the perfect vintage charm like OBX houses use to be. They have everything you need. The owners were VERY helpful an very informative with very fast reponses whenever we had questions. Excellent communication. We will be staying here again in the future!

Perfect Beach Getaway in Kill Devil Hills!We just returned from an amazing stay at this beautiful home and we can’t say enough good things about it! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals, and we loved starting our mornings on the deck with coffee.The location was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing helpful tips for our trip and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. You can tell they truly care about their guests' experience.Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an active beach adventure, this place is a fantastic home base. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Kitchen was good, however, both bathroom curtain liners had mildew and the upstairs bathroom ceiling had mold. For the bedrooms, the pillows were yellow and the bunkbed was so squeeky, the kids had to share the queen bed. The listing did not mention we needed to bring sheets and towels, but were notified a few weeks prior we had to bring those items. The house also had no toilet paper or hand soap. Needed to go to the store right away just to have the basics. Good if traveling on a budget and you don't have to buy sheets to fit the beds.
