Muy bien equipado y cerca de la playa

Demasiado pequeño el living-comedor- cocina.Si vas con niños y llueve o hace mucho calor ,el espacio se hace muy pequeño para compartir y disfrutar dentro del dpto.

All was fine

Fantastic position within less than a minute to the Hollywood Broadwalk very close to the location of Margaritaville. Plenty of bars and places to eat in the immediate location, a couple of small grocery stores very close by. For bigger shop, Public and Walmart are about an hours walk towards Hallandale along Ocean Drive, or just call an Uber for approx $8. We walk there and Uber back. The apartment is very well set up with a small kitchenette , lounge with large tv, bathroom with shower and low level bath, separate bedroom. The bed is really comfortable and we slept very well ( with the aircon turned off). Aircon units in the bedroom and lounge but very noisy, we had to switch off the bedroom aircon otherwise we would not have slept. Earplugs are provided but that is not the answer to a ridiculously noisy unit. The lounge one is also loud but not nearly as bad. Communication with the agent managing it was excellent, cannot fault the instructions received, and very responsive to my messages

The apartment is very small although very well set up with everything you need. Not much can be done about that but it really is only suitable for 2 plus maybe a child. There is room in the kitchenette for a proper under counter fridge, but only a very small fridge is provided. A full size under counter fridge would allow water and sodas to be chilled along with some food, but the very small fridge made managing groceries difficult. But the Biggest problem is the very noisy aircon unit in the bedroom. Even with these issues we would definitely stay there again, if the aircon issue can be sorted out

Parking situation,I ended paying over $200 for Parking how come out of 8 apartments just 6 has Parking space
