Questa casa completamente rinnovata (con una nuova aggiunta) si trova a soli 5 minuti (2 miglia) da sci alpino / 7 gondola. Passeggiate a piedi, mountain bike, racchette da neve e piste da sci di fondo (Peak to Peak trail, Cucumber Gulch). La casa è situata in un tranquillo e boscoso quartiere del Peak 7 su Ski Hill Road, con fantastiche viste sulle montagne.
Questa casa singola con 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni (più soppalco) con 2 box auto si trova in un grande terreno pianeggiante con ampio parcheggio.
Il piano principale ha una camera da letto matrimoniale e due bagni con servizi di lavanderia.
Secondo piano ha due camere da letto e bagno completo: camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e seconda camera da letto ha letti a castello per adulti (1 regina e 2 letti singoli).

The house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spare. The neighborhood was beautiful and very easy access to Breckenridge and all restaurants, shops and activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you needed. The kids loved the loft space and all the games. The patio was great for dining and morning coffee time. We would love to stay again.

Please let me begin with our appreciation for the wonderful stay we had in your home this past weekend! We had a group of 5 adults and 2 small children from Tampa, FL and were absolutely blown away by your home and the property off Ski Hill Rd. in Breckenridge. For a few of the people in our group, this was the first time they have even seen snow, as well as their first attempt at skiing, & snowboard in their lives – and everyone had a blast! This was my second time to Breckenridge and we are already planning another trip for next year!
The house is absolutely amazing & quite the dream home for a ski vacation in Breck! The house is still close to town, but yet still a little bit secluded and out of the busy town traffic area. The house was incredibly clean and organized also; it really had everything you could possibly need! From the crock pot, to the grill, to sleds & board games for the kids, and even a washer/dryer! The house was stocked to the fullest with anything & everything we needed. We only had to purchase the food we were actually cooking, as there were even condiments and spices supplied. We rented a 4 wheel drive Suburban and had no issues getting anywhere, up or down the mountain to the home – I would suggest to any future guests, that they have a 4-wheel drive vehicle also. The views are utterly breathtaking & there are really not enough words to describe how amazing this place is! We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again soon!
