We stayed at this property for Christmas and the location is absolutely wonderful. Easy walk to downtown and easy to head up the mountain to go skiing. The house itself is beautiful and was sparkling clean. All bedrooms had their own bathroom and there was plenty of room for our family. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place. Walked to Santa Fe center every day. Didn’t need to drive. The house was very well set up to cook and hold Thanksgiving for 6. Will likely stay there again. Hosts were accessible when needed and very helpful.

This was a beautifully decorated home with all the necessities and comforts for a wonderful stay! The home had plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for coming together with our group yet the layout provided privacy for couples. Sandra’s guide to Santa Fe was very helpful. We did not have any issues whatsoever with our stay, but Sandra responded quickly when we had a question about check-out. We so appreciated her comment to enjoy every minute of our stay and not worry about tidying up before checkout. Thank you for a wonderful experience in your beautiful home. ❤️

Well located near Plaza, walking distance for visitors younger than our group. Excellent and thorough tips for sightseeing and dining. Large primary en suite king with sitting room plus two bedrooms one quite small. We drew lots. A great setting for our reunion of college friends.

Sandra and Justin were wonderful and thoughtful hosts. The house was perfect for our family stay with our two daughters who are in their 20’s. The “activity and house” guide they sent was so helpful and thorough! We ended up being there the weekend of “fiesta”. Because of the events in the Plaza, at times we could not have parked any closer than the house, so the location was perfect! Don't miss the sunset location just around the corner, as suggested by Justin and Sandra. The house was clean and well-supplied. The layout worked out well with everyone having their own bedroom, bathroom, and separate small “wing” of the house, with a nice common area of the living room, as well as separate dining and sitting areas. The covered outside patio was perfect. Comfortable furniture and overhead covering during thunderstorms when you still want to be outside. (We visited in early September.) We will definitely stay again on a return to Santa Fe and have already recommended the house to friends! Thank you for making our rare family vacation so easy!

This location was fabulous. Close to downtown in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Access to the home during the Zozobra day was quite an experience, but the event ended at a reasonable time.

This house was truly one of the best we've stayed in and hoped for! It had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen with all the basics to a spotlessly clean interior and tasteful décor. The pictures don't make justice. The thoughtful setup showed that Sandra & Justin genuinely care about their guests' comfort. Heat wasn't a problem as we could open the windows and enjoy a refreshing breeze whenever needed. The outdoor spaces were fantastic, allowing our group of 6 to spread out for privacy or come together for gatherings. We didn't experience any ant issues as mentioned by someone else. Overall, it was a fabulous stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We will rent this house again if we are in Santa Fe.

Overall, the property was just as presented in the ad. To our disappointment there was no AC in any of the two living areas and kitchen. I can see where this would not be an issue except while we were there the heat was 90 three straight days, it made staying there impossible during the day. Also, there were small ants throughout the house. They were in both bedrooms and beds and if you left anything out in the kitchen for more than 30 minutes, it would be covered by them. I was bitten several times and so was the rest of my family. Not a bad house but a little more emphasis on the customers comfort would really go a long way. I Wouldn't recommend the house based on these issues and being from Austin, cool means everyhting to us!!!

We enjoyed several nights sharing the house, dining in so we'd have time for evening ctitiques of the day's work.
We paint plein air, out in the community, and bring back works to complete. Great spaces/patios and chairs/tables. Lovely house for creating. It made my workshop leadership comfortable and enriched! Love the house!

We had 6 women in our group, & we were all comfortable & charmed by the Sunset House! Whether we were having morning coffee in one of its cozy sitting areas or sipping wine on one one of its patios, we felt at home. It’s decorated beautifully & has all the conveniences we were looking for & more. And we loved its location! We look forward to returning!

Four college classmates (circa 1961) spent a week here. The house was perfect for us: clean as a whistle, well-appointed, well-supplied, lots of inviting spaces, outside as well as inside. Super location, quiet residential area, easily accessible to everything we wanted to do.

This was hands down one of the most beautiful homes I’ve stayed in. Wonderful hosts, great location, and the best part for myself and 5 friends, there are plenty of places indoors and outdoors to hang out.
I hope to come back again with my family next time.

We stayed for a week in April 2023. The house is arranged with bedrooms at opposite ends, so two family groups can have some separation but "meet in the middle". We thought it was perfect for 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids. There are multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas where groups can socialize independently, and each of the three bedrooms has a bath. The kitchen had everything we needed.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with about a 5-block walk to the plaza. It has convenient access to major roads.
The owners were great. We had full information in hand before arrival, including an excellent summary of local restaurants and things to do (there is no shortage of either in Santa Fe). We had one problem with the house, but Justin was instantly responsive and resolved the issue ASAP.
We would stay again.

Loved our stay here. The house was perfect for our girls get away. It was charming, clean, and comfortable with everything we needed. We walked just about everywhere we wanted to go. Sandra was a great host. Easy to communicate with, very prompt replies to questions and left us with tons of local information to help us enjoy our stay. Would love to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the great outside spaces. Although with our winter weather - the fireplace was fantastic.

We had a fabulous stay in Santa Fe! We stayed for four nights with our 3 children ages 9 and 6.
Location: It was perfect! We skied for 3 days and the house is right off the main road to the mountain. The house is also very close to the plaza area. We chose to drive because we have young kids and it was cold, but you could certainly walk. We ate at The Shed twice- it was so close and delicious!
Communication: The property owners were very easy to get a hold of. They answered all of my questions promptly. It had snowed earlier in the day before we arrived so the driveway was not shoveled yet. I messaged the property owner and two minutes later someone was there shoveling.
House: It was a great size for our family. Everyone got to sleep in their own bed which is very helpful for tired children. We cooked once and the kitchen had what we needed. It was also helpful to be able to do a load of laundry. The shower in the master bedroom is heaven. There’s a skylight just above the master bed where you lay your head down which made for awesome stargazing at night! We built a fire once as well, and it was very cozy.
We would absolutely stay here again next time we go to Santa Fe!

The house was a nice place to retire. It wa close to downtown and the common space was in the middle of the house - plenty of privacy and the ability to enjoy a fire in the living room. Sandra was easy to work with. If enough for 3 couples

Neat, clean house in a good location. Hosts were very nice but didn't helicopter over their property. Our stay was in the winter after a good snowing so we didn't get enjoy any of the patios; we are talking about going back when the weather is warmer. This place should definitely be at the top of your list!

We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe. The house was amazing. Clean and the perfect amount of space and amenities. Sandra and Justin were great hosts and very prompt with communication. We really enjoyed our first time in Santa Fe and this was the perfect spot to stay. The guide that Sandra and Justin put together for us was amazing and super helpful!! We took them up on plenty of their restaurant suggestions and much more!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip. The house is amazing and super cozy with ample space indoors and out. The proximity to the plaza and surrounding attractions is perfect. We were visited by a rabbit and a deer❤️❤️. Check-in was incredibly easy and communication with Sandra was excellent.

Enjoyable stay. We were able to walk to museums and restaurants. A well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook a couple of meals together too. This was such a great spot for a family meet up.

We had a fantastic vacation in Sante Fe! We had chilly, wet start, but the weather turned beautiful for the rest of the week. The house was wonderful with three rooms and three bathriooms. We didn't use the fireplaces, but they would be wonderful in the cold months! The kitchen was well stocked, although as with every other house I have rented, there is never enough teaspoons! There are plenty of spices and herbs in the cupboard so no need to bring or purchase your own! The house was super clean, and beds were comfortable enought for a week's stay The location was a quick drive to the square, and I supposed it was walkable, although if you were thinking of walking around and shopping when you got there, the walk home might be a stretch! We drove and finding parking wasn't exactly easy, but we managed to find a spot pretty quickly. The shopping was fantastic! The owners were happy to give suggestions on entertainment and things to do in the area, and every restaurant we ate in was wnnderful! We especially liked Vinaigrette.
All in all it was a wonderful week spent at this house and in Santa Fe!!

We had a great vacation in Santa Fe. House was beautiful, met all our expectations. Only small issues were we could not get cable TV or other streaming channels on 3 of four TVs said no connection. We were out and about mostly so no big deal for us.
The room off living area with twin beds had a loud vibration sound that seemed to cycle with heater coming on and off. May need attention.
We would definitely stay here again!
Owners went above and beyond and provided detailed information on things to do and see in Santa Fe and surrounding area. We appreciated this kindness and thoughtfulness so much!

This house was wonderful. The location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the Plaza and downtown. We were lucky enough to see the Day of the Dead celebration which was amazing. The house itself was roomy and well decorated, the main bedroom was amazing. And the second bedroom was amazing as well. There were several outdoor areas including a cozy little porch off the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped for real cooking. I would return to this house in a. Heartbeat.

Was so nice to have a rental actually exceed our expectations. Everyone had plenty of space and the deck was amazing. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the plaza. The hosts were responsive and super friendly. Will definitely be looking here if we get back to Santa Fe again

Girls Get-A-Way Weekend!
The accommodations met our expectations. Just had issues with the AC...not consistent. The power went off for a few minutes and the air come on. Also, the we had no hot water on the morning of the 27th before we departed.

Santa Fe Summer Stay
We had a great time during our one week stay in Santa Fe. The property is in tip top shape, clean and very spacious. Larger than it seems in the pictures, with outdoor patios outside each bedroom, as well as a porch with comfortable seating outside of the kitchen. We spent a lot of time just hanging out together there. It’s a short walk to downtown and parks. Major grocery stores are a five minute drive. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

Neighborhood is safe and quiet and within walking distance of the plaza. The host was very kind, thoughtful and made us feel pampered. Exceeded our family’s expectations.

This home exceeded our expectations in every way. Comfortable, well appointed, convenient to town and nicely decorated. Our group especially enjoyed convening on the lovely side porch for conversation. Five stars are not enough!
