A wonderful house! We loved staying here. It was perfect for our small family Christmas. The kitchen is well stocked, albeit the oven is a little small. The fireplace and available wood was perfect. We didn’t get to experience the outdoor patio because of the snow that showed up the night before we arrived, but we hope to come back in a warmer month and enjoy the house to its fullest. The house is walkable to so much and the property managers are extremely responsive and friendly!!

This is the second property we have rented from the owners. The location is ideal, the kitchen well appointed. They are most welcoming with information of the area and broad suggestions of fun activities. A great way to meet up with family as we did.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay in October. We will stay longer next time. The grounds of the house are perfect. The house was every bit as nice as a five star hotel.

We stayed here during my girl’s trip, 2023.
This house is an awesome place to stay. So much room, so many seats and places to relax and talk. The backyard is to die for, lovely seating area where we enjoyed hours of conversation. It is a nice walk to the Plaza. If you can’t do the walk (there are a couple steep areas to climb) you can Uber back and forth for cheap. I highly suggest this house for your stay. You won’t be disappointed. ❤️

We were a group of five adults and the space worked perfectly. The backyard is amazing. There are at least four different seating areas where we could enjoy sun or shade depending on the time of day. The inside is comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean, well furnished house and patio. Comfortable beds and well equiped kitchen. Walkable to the plaza, galleries, restaurants and Fort Marcy park. Drive to hiking trails in 30 minutes. Covered parking.The AC units in the bedrooms/living room made sleep easy during our stay in August 2023. The owner, Sandra was responsive and easy to contact. We'd stay again in this lovely home.

Spent 3 weeks at this location. It’s near the plaza, about 10-15 min walk downhill. Owner was quick to respond to any issues. Santa Fe was warmer than expected and they brought in extra air conditioner to help cool the living areas. All bedrooms had own ac so each person could adjust to suit their needs. Kitchen well equipped with many small appliances. Our two small dogs loved the backyard. We spent many hours out there enjoying the cool mornings and evenings. There’s a very pleasant walk nearby to an excellent sunset viewing location. The owner was a joy and highlighted some local nightlife options for us. Overall a great place.

Marvelous place to stay! Very well stocked and supplied with items we usually have to buy. Very comfortable and the outside patio was wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone! Sandra and Justin were great and gave us recommendations for dining and recreation. Justin met us when we arrived and gave us suggestions and history of Santa Fe. Sandra came over as we were leaving and wanted to make sure our stay was great!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed for our Santa Fe vacation. The property is in a fantastic location close to town, with nature all around. Sprouts market is 5 min away. Everything worked perfectly and our family of four was very comfortable. The outside patio space was particularly nice. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Thank you! My only wish is that we could have stayed longer! We will be back.

Our stay at this wonderful Santa Fe Plaza walkable home was so very relaxing and enjoyable. Comfortable well appointed up to date retro style home with an expansive patio for group gathering and
entertainment. The location is just right to access the Santa Fe Plaza on foot. Grocery stores, Museums, the Opera and other attractions are nearby and easily accessible from this location. Perfect spot, great hosts! Highly recommend this lovely home to anyone hoping to visit Santa Fe!

Property was on a hill with open space behind it, enjoyed the patio area and the deer that came to visit. Loved that walking distance to the plaza. Hosts were also quick to communicate back to questions we had.

There were 5 women aged over 65. It was a very convenient location. It is easy to walk into town, but we drove often because one of our friends has a disability. Our host and hostess were very accommodating.

Perfect house for a long weekend reunion for college girl friends! Easy walk to the Plaza and all the great dining and shopping opportunities. The house is very clean and comfortable and was great for our group. We were able to enjoy the patios and sitting around the big table to play games. Sandra and Justin are great hosts; easily accessible and quick to respond!

Location was close to everything we wanted to do in Santa Fe. Since is was early February and chilly and snowy, we did drive everywhere. The walk to town is about a 1/2 mile, so in warmer weather, very doable. Texting with the property mgr was easy and quick responses. The home had everything we needed for a quick girls getaway!

We enjoyed our month at the Northeast Santa Fe house very much. The house is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It is quiet but close to town with nice places to walk nearby. Sandra was very nice and helpful in every way. In warmer weather the patios would be really nice to enjoy. I highly recommend this rental.

The house is very spacious. It greets you with the original wood floors in a large living room and dining room. The house worked great for 6 adults. There were plenty of places to sit both inside and out. The backyard is large and backs into the hill so the views are very nice. It is situated at the top of the hill so there are sunset views from the front yard at night. New kitchen appliances and both of the bathrooms have been recently remodeled. There are nice touches throughout and the hosts are very helpful. They provide us with a very exhaustive welcome packet chock full of useful information. I highly recommend this property.

The close proximity to downtown combined with the quiet neighborhood, nice view and lots of nature behind us made the location of this property an A+ The house is roomy and accommodated 4 of us very nicely. It was built in the 50’s or 60’s (bathrooms have been updated) so iit had a couple of issues but Justin was very responsive in handling them.

We had a wonderful time renting this home with our family of five, including dog and toddler - great location, great enclosed backyard area for play and relaxation, and a lovely home all around with considerate and kind hosts. The owners also own a restaurant delivery service so we got free delivery from some excellent local spots as an added bonus! We hope to stay again.

This house is just wonderful! The outdoor space just goes on forever. A great place to spend a Happy Hour with friends. The livingroom is so spacious and is another great location to hang out with friends. All three bedrooms are comfortable and a good size. The bathrooms are nice, and well equipped.
The kitchen is both spacious and well equipped.
The location is perfect! We walked everywhere. I would recommend not renting a car if you are only planning on staying in Santa Fe when you rent this house. You can literally walk everywhere you need to go in town from this house.
I have rented a lot of VRBO houses in the U.S. and abroad over the years and Sandra is, hands down, the best VRBO homeowner I have ever worked with.

My friends and I decided to travel to Santa Fe to celebrate my retirement and we rented this property. It exceeded our expectations and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Great location, beautifully appointed rooms, kitchen fully equipped and a gorgeous backyard to drink your morning. I highly recommend this place!! Plus the owners left a wonderful bottle of Gruet for us to enjoy as a welcome gift.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in Santa Fe. The house was perfect for our group of 5 and 2 small dogs. Communication was excellent. The suggestion to go to Pancakes on the Plaza for the Fourth was very fub.

We did a girls trip to Santa Fe and stayed at the property for 4 nights and we had a wonderful time!! The outside of the house is great with so many seating options and a great place to hang out. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and it was a super easy to check in and out of the house. The house was an easy walk to town! Would definitely stay here again!

Our "Girls' Getaway" was fabulous!
Sandra and Justin were wonderful hosts and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Their home had a perfect floor plan for the four of us, and we had everything we needed. The outside areas were delightful, quiet with plenty of seating and tables. The location was perfect as well, as it is walking distance to town.
We would highly recommend staying in this lovely home with these excellent hosts!!
