In un quartiere sicuro e dietro la nostra casa principale con totale privacy e distaccato da noi, questa nuova casa si trova nel cuore della Silicon Valley, vicino al Centro di Conversione di Santa Clara, Levi's Stadium, Great America, Mission College e molti Hi-tech aziende. Amerai il mio posto a causa dei 2 bagni, letti comodi, intimità, cucina completa con nuovi elettrodomestici, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice nuova, molto pulita. Il mio posto è buono per coppie, avventurieri solisti, viaggiatori d'affari e famiglie.

Questo molto pulito e spazioso 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni è una seconda unità dietro la nostra casa principale. È distaccato e totalmente separato da noi, quindi avrai una privacy totale. Dispone di 2 camere da letto (1 camera da letto matrimoniale), 2 bagni, un soggiorno e una cucina. Un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale e un altro letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto. Il soggiorno ha un divano futon che può essere facilmente aperto a un letto comodo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici, stoviglie, piatti e salse per cucinare di base. La lavanderia ha una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice con detergente fornito. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono sempre puliti e freschi al vostro arrivo. Tutta la casa è pavimento laminare, non fumare né animali domestici ammessi. Questa casa offre praticamente tutto ciò di cui un viaggiatore ha bisogno.

Tranquillo, sicuro, quartiere familiare nel cuore della Silicon Valley. Molte aziende hi tech sono vicine. A pochi passi da 49ers Stadium, Great America e Mission College. Sì, Levi's Stadium è letteralmente vicino al nostro cortile :). Tuttavia, non preoccupa il rumore dello stadio perché la maggior parte degli eventi finisce prima delle 10 di sera e non si sente il rumore durante gli eventi se chiudi le porte e le finestre.
A pochi passi da treni e autobus. 5 miglia dall'aeroporto internazionale di San Jose, e 30 miglia dall'aeroporto internazionale di San Francisco. Il parcheggio è consentito sul nostro modo di guidare. Un sacco di spazio per parcheggiare sulla strada vicino a casa nostra.

The house was extremely clean and orderly. The homeowner was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations that we needed. His vegetable garden was a delight to see each morning and evening when we left and returned. I highly recommend.

This is a mother-in-law house in the backyard of a main home.
There is no private entrance and they request you speak with them before you are able to enter the property, so no self check-in.
The entrance to the home is right next to the back door of the main home.
The owners are amazing and sweet, but they stay in the main house and tend to their garden throughout the whole stay.
I was expecting more privacy with the way the house is photographed and posted.
Overall the stay was amazing, though i wished we had more privacy.

The hosts are very hospitable and gave us some tips on places to visit/things to do in the area that we were not aware of prior to our trip. The house fit our needs perfectly with a well supplied kitchen, full sized appliances, and washer and dryer. All the amenities we needed were supplied including sunscreen! Nice quiet neighborhood and walkable to Great America and Levi Stadium. Very clean and well maintained.

It was a nice place within walking distance of the 49er stadium. Easy parking, nice place. There was no general location to relax outside the bedrooms except for the combined living room/kitchen location, which had a TV. We watched a movie in the provided roller chairs. The owners lived in the main house and had multiple back houses like ours which they rented out. So it was strange to see multiple people walking in and out of the property, but we had our own secure, locked place. The couch bed is terrible as a bed in that you can feel a steel bar in your back if you laid down on it. My friend put a pillow where the bar was in order to sleep. But the owners were nice and gave us advice on where to go to eat within walking distance.

We stayed at this property for 4 days. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood was residential and appeared safe. You can see the Levis stadium from the house but that was not a factor for us either way. Lots of plants on the premises which we enjoyed. Linens were good quality. We were very comfortable, the price was reasonable and we would come again. The owner was friendly, efficient, helpful and not obtrusive.

This is the perfect stay when you are planning on attending an event at the stadium. It is super close and a very nice walk to the stadium. The owner is nice and helpful, the home itself was super spacious and very clean and comfortable to be in. I really recommend this place and would definitely book again!

This place and the hosts were amazing! We went to a concert at Levi’s stadium and it’s an easy walk. The inside was very clean and comfortable and our host was so friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Climate control weas excellent. Off street parking was very good and owners were very friendly.

It is extremely functional and clean propoerty and well stocked modern kitchen. The bedrooms have a small study which is very useful for daily work also.

It was great to have two bedrooms and separate bathrooms for each since I stayed here with my brother. It was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in and the owner was friendly while not being overly intrusive. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to the area.

It was great to have two bedrooms and separate bathrooms for each since I stayed here with my brother. Both bedrooms were also clean, had plenty of closet space, a big comfortable bed and even had a desk. I also appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms so we didn't have to share. The host was also very accommodating and communicative and provided an easy check-in process. I also appreciated that the rules were posted at the entrance and what to expect. The place did have ants, so we had to be careful about containing our food and leaving it in the fridge. Overall, my family, friends and I had an amazing experience. It felt like home and I would definitely book again in the near future!

Stayed at this home for a volleyball tournament and can't say enough what a great space this is. Quiet, safe and wonderful accommodation. Myia was easy to reach, responsive and although the main house is there, we never knew it. Comfortable beds, highly recommend this space.

Perfect location in Santa Clara
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids (12, and 15). It was the perfect location for us. Very close, easy walks, to Levi Stadium and Great America. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. You do hear an occasional airplane, but it is a dull rumble, definitely not disruptive. The only down side of our stay is that we were there during a pretty big rain storm, but that review is for mother nature ;). I would definitely recommend this house!

Great place within a short walk to the stadium. Very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend. It's California, so make sure not to leave food out on the counters or else the ants will find it.

Great Little House
I’ve stayed here twice and It’s a great place. The owner is very pleasant and Very good with communication. The location is accessible to everywhere, close to Levi Stadium and other parts of the South Bay. Convenient and affordable, it’s a nice place with decent amenities and very clean. The beds are comfy too!

Enjoyed my stay here. Miya very responsive. Very convenient. It is under a flight path so quite a bit of noise during the day with airplanes overhead but it quiets down after 11:00 so it was fine and i'm very sensitive to noise. would stay here again.

The perfect place to stay!
This was our second stay at this rental and like the first time we stayed there we loved it! It was quiet and cozy and the neighborhood is great! I even went for a short run and felt completely safe. We would definitely stay there again!

Back House
Very clean as advertised. New appliances everywhere. Hostess was very accomodating by letting us in early. She even brought us a blueberry pie for Thanksgiving. Could not have asked for more.

Excellent location and accommodations for 1 or 2 couples on the go
The small house on the back of the property has good access and wonderful amenities. No living room to speak of, but a futon at the door and kitchen table chairs are comfy. Bedrooms (each w own office nook), baths, and kitchen are large, comfortable spaces full of amenities. Very comfortable if you plan to be out and about for the day, or working on stuff in your office. Good location close to Levi Stadium, Great America, Santa Clara Convention Center and Mission College. I would definitely do it again!

Great location and perfect for our needs
Stayed here with my husband and another couple. We were going to a concert at the stadium which is right across the way just an easy walk. House was very nice and had everything we could have needed. They even left out travel amenities in case you forgot anything. Super clean and well maintained! It worked out wonderfully!
