We really liked the coziness and that we had enough room for our family. Kids loved the fuzball table and tetherball pole. The location was great and we would love to stay again.
The only complaints I have is the tetherball pole. There is a wire right next to it and there was no great place to move it. And the backyard patio has some spots that are lifted and were trip hazards. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
