The room was very spacious and clean. The only feedback would be for the water slides- both of our kids were injured- one having to actually complete an incident report with security from how bad it was. The resort itself needs lifeguards or security to help with the slides and kids going down whenever they want

The condo was clean and a great location in proximity to many restaurants. Check-in was quick and easy. Loved the jacuzzi tub. I though being near to pools would be a great idea but unfortunately it was constant screaming from children from about 830am-1135pm each night (quiet time was supposed to start at 11pm). Had to call security a couple of times due to the excessive yelling.

Stay was great as usual. However, there was mold in the shower (photos) and the K Cup coffee maker would not recognize that it had water, so we improvised with the regular coffee maker. Also, when the large jacuzzi tub was operated for the first time a lot of "stuff" came out of the jets so it had to drained and cleaned before it could be used.

We have stayed at Caribe Resort for years and have always enjoyed our visits, which is why this particular stay was so disappointing.Unfortunately, this unit had multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues from the time we arrived. Our room keys were initially programmed for the wrong unit, causing delays at check-in. We also found two non-working outlets in the master bedroom, a difficult-to-operate tub drain, visible mold in the shower, and toilet issues. The most significant problem was the sleeper sofa, which was completely broken due to damage to the metal frame and unusable. This was especially frustrating because the unit is advertised to sleep 8 guests. My elderly parents were planning to use the sleeper sofa, but because it was broken, they were forced to sleep sideways on the couch. As a result, the unit did not accommodate the number of guests advertised.Liquid Life did respond to our complaint and sent maintenance to inspect the issues, which we appreciated. However, given the price of this rental, we expected the unit to be thoroughly inspected and fully functional before guest arrival.Caribe is still a wonderful resort, but this specific unit needs better maintenance and quality control.
