The condo was just as described. Beautiful, good location. We done the beach access via the Tram one time and the rest of the time we drove across the street to the public access and swam there. It was much much easier than the long walk on the boardwalk.
Condo itself was beautiful, large and spacious. comfortable beds. Kitchen was well furnished but you will need to take EVERYTHING for cooking from salt and pepper, oil, spray, etc as there was literally nothing there. Not an issue as we knew ahead of time from reading the listing and reviews.
We received an hour early checkin which was a nice surprise and worked out great as we got everything unloaded and up to the 5th floor only to realize that none of the keys worked lol A quick call to the property manager and a short drive to Building B (we were in D) and the desk clerk was able to fix our keys. so only a minor issue that was quickly resolved.
Husband and son enjoyed fishing off the docks after purchasing a license and we saw sharks, dolphins, stingray all in the bay as the boats were coming and going so that was nice.
Definitely enjoyed our stay! Would stay again at this location.

The condo was clean, spacious, and just comfortable. Had all the cooking utensils you needed. Beds were comfortable. The view of the bay was spectacular!!!! Everything about the Caribe Resort was awesome!!!! Perfect!!!!❤️

This was my first time booking with Prickett Property Management and also my first time at Caribe, and I couldn't be happier with our decision. Besides a few things missed when the room was cleaned, the description of the room/resort was exactly what we got. That view of the bay alonemakes it worth the stay!

Our quick stay was great. Shuttle to and from beach was super convenient. Beautiful balcony view of the bay with gorgeous sunsets. My only constructive criticism would be that the cleaning crew needs to be more thorough in the living room (specifically under sofas and chairs) and with the toilets in each bathroom. Under the lids especially. Other than that, our stay was wonderful! It was our first time staying at Caribe and we will certainly be back! Thanks!

We had 5 kids in our party and there was something for everyone. The condo itself was perfect. Highly recommend this property as a whole. Only complaint was parking and directions in finding our spot as well as an unmarked spot, we would do this again in the same condo. It was perfect for our situation. It looked just like the pictures!

Perfect Condo for a Friend Trip!
I always love staying at the Caribe, but this is the first time that I have stayed with friends. We booked a condo together and it was perfect :) would recommend anyone to stay here!

We loved our condo!! The view was amazing from the sunrise to sunset. Grill on porch was a plus (but you need to bring a grill brush as none were provided) The overall experience was great! I highly recommend bringing plastic storage as none was provided. Many items need to be maintained on the grounds and the amenities. The doc directly in front of the condo is under construction and no one is allowed to go on it. On a good note the fishing is good from the bank, just under the doc. We watched someone catch a redfish that was about 2 ft. long one morning. My favorite thing to do was sit on the porch and rock in the rocker and drink my coffee, very relaxing nice staycation. All the amenities of home in the condo. The checkin process is very confusing and parking is only for 1 vehicle, so if you have mulitple cars good luck. Otherwise had a great time.

This property was great and Prickett Properties was very easy to deal with. We are looking forward to another stay. The general condition of the condo was good and the bay view impressive. The grands loved watching the boats come and go as well as the birds and fish we could see in the water right below us.

Great view, access to pools and beach. A very nice property to stay at. My only complaint would be that the dining table chairs and bar stools seemed a bit used/ legs wobbly, but other than that, property was great!
