We loved our stayed here. We loved the picturesque views from the balcony, especially at sundown viewing the sunset. There is so much room in this condo. The TV/Den room was a bonus for us. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated, and beds were comfortable.
If I may recommend one thing that might help, the front bedroom as you first walk in needs to have blackout drapes from the outside corridor lights.

Had a great time sitting on the balcony morning and evening. ( Plenty of outdoor seating) Fun to watch dolphins and people fishing. Also has a Cute media room for the kids. King bed was comfy.
Enjoyed the pools and lazy river. We walked next door to cobalt for dinner one night, it was really nice.
Would stay here again.

This was a perfect location. The floors could have been cleaner but it wasn't enough for us to call the rental office. Plenty of room for everyone.

We normally stay at the Caribe at least once yearly for a family trip. The kids love the pools and other kids their age to make friends with. We were pleased with the room but it appeared the cleaning crew could have done better. The foldout bed in the extra room and living room were both full of crumps and food. The condo needs more cookware as well and appears the property needs some minor repairs. All in all we were pleased with the property and would rent again knowing these few items have been addressed.

We loved the condo! It was clean, spacious, & had everything we needed. Just as pictured! We were there for my daughters wedding & enjoyed every minute.

Overall we had a great stay. There were a few minor things that the condo needed repair. There was a fire alarm on Thursday, 4/13 at 1:10 am. We inquired to several “Caribe security” people and no one knew anything about it. We found that to be highly suspicious. How can that happen and the property not know anything!

Million dollar view from balcony!however,
the property needed some TLC. It was quiet and comfortable for our month’s stay at Orange Beach. Kitchen needed more utensils.
Master bedroom and bath lovely , but other bedrooms were small!

Check in was very easy, ladies were friendly. Condo was extremely clean and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Caribe has a lot to do and great location.

Even those it rain throughout the week we still had fun
between the lazy River and the other pools we stay busy.
We went out to many different restaurants and hung on our big porch that over looked the inlet which was fun to watch all the boats come pass us. I definitely will rent this condo again.

We loved our condo. The rooms were big. The beds were comfortable! All of the amenities were awesome. The location with all of the pools and the lazy River were ideal for all the boys on the baseball team to find areas that everyone could enjoy. Thank you!

Beautiful & spacious. Our 2nd time to stay. The media room just off the kitchen was actually used as a bedroom for the children. Perfect location near everything. Love watching the boats go by in the bay

I have stayed at Caribe several times and was shocked by the unkept property at my recent stay. There were teenagers everywhere, 20 at a time in hot tub vaping, drinking, back flipping into pool. It felt like a 15 year old spring break. There was trash everywhere, didn’t see any type of employees managing situation or cleaning mess. I always thought of Caribe as being a nicer place to stay, but it seemed no different than a cheap hotel.

First of all, the condo itself is absolutely beautiful. It is nicely situated on the end of the 3rd floor and facing the bay. It was nicely appointed and not a collection of mis-matched furniture, the kitchen was extremely well-provisioned, new dinnerware, serving pieces, utensils, appliances, etc.
HOWEVER:
I trailered a boat for over 700 miles to Orange Beach for my week-and-a half stay and I selected this property based on the on-site marina that it advertises for a nominal fee. There is in fact no functioning marina at Caribe, despite the VRBO listing clearly stating that there is. The listing claims “boat slips are available through the HOA” and “Onsite Marina” but the marina has been closed for over a year due to hurricane Sally. In additional to the listing, eight of your first 11 photos prominently show an occupied and working marina, leading me to conclude that there is in fact a marina.
When I called Prickett properties prior to booking my stay to ask about the marina and the cost they made absolutely no mention of the fact that it has been out of service for the past year. Once I arrived, boat in tow with no place to moor it, I called Prickett Properties and their response was essentially ‘sorry too bad’. This forced me to moor my boat at the nearby private marina. That was an additional several hundred dollars that I hadn’t anticipated.
The best part may be that after my frustrating conversations with Prickett Properties eight weeks ago the listing still advertises a marina. Apparently they have no intention of updating the listing.
If there is a feature of this property that is important to you, make certain that it exists. You can not count on the description in the listing.
