We were very happy with our whole weekend. We booked kind of last minute for my birthday weekend. We arrived and were very much in love with this beautiful, very clean little beachfront cottage. It has all the necessities you could need for your stay. House has a great little kitchen and the dining room table has the best window seat view out to the beach. You can also hear the waves at night even back in the bedroom.another thing that is our favorite is that it’s just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. We also had the pleasure of staying when the art and wine festival weekend was happening and we had no idea that was happening and it make our weekend even better. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Capitola is one of our favorite places to stay and relax.

Perhaps the most memorable image of Capitola is that of the colorful Venetian Condominiums glowing on the edge of the sand. This unit, and its "opposite" next door, are truly charming with personal touches that make you really feel at home. To have the beach right outside your door is like a dream come true! And you'll enjoy a wide variety of shopping and dining options just a short walk away, with waterfront and beachfront seating available. Thank you to our host Mike, we look forward to a return visit!

I brought my daughter and 3 granddaughters for a few days at the shore. The space is open concept, very clean with windows looking out at the beach and water, if you want to watch the kiddos from the kitchen, you can!

Everything is perfect. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for your stay and the location is perfect. I stay twice a year, once with family and once with friends. So happy the owners share their wonderful beach house. I look forward to going back every year.

The location was absolutely awesome and we loved being able to walk to everything! And having the beach steps away was just wonderful! The parking was a bit tricky to figure out as far as where to load and unload and where to park our car with the pass but we figured it out. The only con was not being able to use the sheets and towels without washing, drying and folding before departing - doing laundry on vacation is no fun (; . But other than that minor inconvenience it was a great stay and the place was just perfect for a quiet beach retreat!

This is an incredible home with all the amenities needed. Location can't be beat. We walked everywhere. Never went to our car until it was time to leave. Working with the owner was terrific. Very responsive. Would definitely rent this home again. Thank you Mike

Clean, cute, and convenient.
Cute little place was great for our young family. The unit was clean, had good appliances, and functioned well for being on the small side. The bedroom had twin bunkbeds for our kids and a queen for us, with an optional full-sized futon in the living room. The location was by far the best part- right on the beach and just steps to the cute town shops and restaurants! We loved playing on the beach and walking to a variety of restaurants for lunch. Parking and un/loading the car was the only tricky part but a parking pass was provided and we managed. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place on the beach in Capitola
This place was the best way to experience Capitola— on the beach and could walk to everything. Mike was very helpful and provided information that made the stay relaxing. We took an Uber over from San Jose (Mike’s suggestion) it was great — didn’t have worry about parking and everything we need we could walk to. The place itself is the best - besides having the best location, the condo has everything you need — we really enjoyed taking the little wagon down to the store in the morning — grabbing what we needed walk walking back. The wharf is right there - on of course the beach is two steps out the door. This was a fantastic find — Thanks Mike !
