Everything was great. If the pool breaker is off then the a/c doesn’t work. I knew this from a previous stay. I messaged just for QR code for gate and never got an answer but was no big deal. Gate staff was great.

The home was spacious and had great amenities. The pool was excellent and the walkability in the gated community was nice. The community did have trash even in the pond. The home was clean.

Further away from Universal than anticipated- my fault for not mapping it. There are 4 beds and 3 baths. We really could have used another half bath with our party of 6.The condition of the house is average. Lots of marks on the walls, very worn or cheap furniture and beds. The pool is tiny. Kids never swam in it. The positives- it was pretty clean, plenty of parking, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Kitchen was very large. There’s no salt and pepper or any other helpful things when you’re cooking on vacation- so plan for that. There is small bar soap and a shampoo/conditioner combo given in a small sample size. All in all, we will stay closer to the parks next time but enjoyed our stay fine.

Location was excellent and that was about all. The kitchen needs completely new pans, cooking utensils, and there was no cooking sheets. The entire place could be repainted and dusted as the fans were disgusting. When I asked for the pool to be heated it was heated so high it felt like a hot tub and needed turned off as you could not swim. One of the twin bedrooms bedspreads was all bleached and dirty. The pool was also filthy even though they assured me they cleaned it during our stay. I would not stay here again in this unit.
