Questa incantevole casa dispone di accesso privato alla spiaggia e di un'area privata per la ristorazione all'interno della spiaggia. Splendida vista sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia abbondano dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dalle sale da pranzo, oltre a due delle camere da letto.
La nostra cucina recentemente ristrutturata è equipaggiata per 8 persone e presenta uno stile europeo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, frigorifero affiancato con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, lavastoviglie integrata, il tutto circondato da piastrelle Pratt & Larson. Sarai elettrizzato da questa cucina ben attrezzata. Entrambe le aree cucina e sala da pranzo hanno una grande vista sull'oceano, oltre ad una grande porta scorrevole che conduce ad un enorme terrazzo che si affaccia sul cortile erboso perfetto per una partita veloce di pallavolo o croquet e la bellissima spiaggia di Manzanita lunga 7 miglia.
Un passo avanti dalla cucina è il soggiorno semi-privato - il che significa che si può scappare lì per rilassarsi e leggere un libro o guardare uno spettacolo sulla TV HD mentre si affaccia sulla vista senza pari della spiaggia. O accendi un fuoco nel grande camino a legna, rilassati e goditi la vista sull'oceano ad ovest e la vista a sud sulla spiaggia, fino a Rockaway!
Di fronte al soggiorno troverete la camera da letto principale, dotata di un ampio letto king pillow-top, vista sulla terrazza privata per il caffè del mattino e bagno privato con sanitari europei e ampia doccia con piastrelle Pratt & Larson ed enorme Hansgrohe Rainshower.
Troverete altre due camere da letto all'estremit����� nord della casa. La camera da letto occidentale dispone anche di un generoso letto matrimoniale con porta scorrevole privata sul ponte che si affaccia sulla spiaggia, e una delle migliori viste sulla costa! La terza camera ha due letti a castello (adatto per adolescenti e giovani). Accanto alle camere da letto è un secondo bagno con infissi europei, fantasiose piastrelle personalizzate Pratt & Larson e una doccia calda per darti il benvenuto dopo una giornata di ricerche tra le tidepool.
La casa è dotata di arredi e biancheria da letto di alta qualità, oltre a lenzuola in cotone 100% di alta qualit��, per garantire il massimo comfort presso la nostra affascinante Oceanfront House con una vista favolosa!

Nice, clean, well stocked and best of all right on the beach! Our family loved the layout with master on separate side of house from other bedrooms. Mattresses very comfy, nicely updated furniture. We will be back!!

This house is gorgeous and the location is hard to beat! We had some friends visiting from Colorado and wanted to show them the OR coast and stayed here for one night and everyone loved it.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. This house is through another rental company. By renting through VRBO, they tack on an additional processing fee that isn't communicated in the quote the owner sends over.
2. I was very annoyed that this house is listed as pet-friendly but after signing the rental agreement, they charged us a large pet fee for one dog. We stayed here ONE night, had a large cleaning fee, a large pet fee AND these were the pet details sent to me:
You have permission to bring one pet on the premises. You are responsible for the following:
"- please bring your own towels to wipe off your wet pet and clean muddy feet before entering the house.
- pets must be kept off all furniture, without exception, including beds.
- there are no pet food or water bowls at the house; please bring your own.
- if you think your pet will be wet or dirty, and rub against the furniture, please bring coverings for the sofa, etc.
- all pet droppings must be picked up and deposited in the garbage can. We do not provide poop bags."
This is the most anti-pet pet-friendly listing I've ever seen. The house description should DEFINITELY include this information and the pet fee or stop allowing pets altogether.
Note that VRBO doesn't let me post exact fee amounts in this review.

This amazing beach cottage is my favorite place in the world. Such a great location, very clean and nice and right on the beach. Will be going back again and again.

I rent vacation homes A LOT. What I find makes a great rental is a home that provides the creature comforts we all enjoy and doesn’t go cheap on the little things. This home falls short there. The toaster is cheap and won’t even hold two regular sized slices of bread. The can opener would not even open a can. There was no tinfoil, coffee grinder, pepper, or plastic wrap. No beach towels provided, and although this was mentioned in the listing, I find it to be less than ideal for a beach house. No rugs in the kitchen or any decor on the walls to make the space feel more welcoming. The lights in the kitchen were way too harsh with no way to provide soft lighting. The kitchen table is cheap and provides no cushions for seating. The windows are covered with cheap plastic blinds. There are no rugs to wipe your feet on by the front door or glass door. The windows and glass door need to be cleaned after every rental as this is an oceanfront home.
On the positive side, the beds are extremely comfortable and the living room is nice. The outdoor fire pit and seating area is very nice as well. However, given the price point, I would not rent this home again, unless more were invested in these important details.

Comfortable beds, great fireplace. Good lamps for reading. Bring your slippers —the tile can be a little cold in the morning. It snowed during our stay but we were cozy inside. Will be back.

We enjoyed the cottage, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen dining area was adequate for the 4 of us, we had a puzzle on one end of the kitchen table and dined on the other end. The family room was great, we could see the ocean from the couch which was really comfy to sit on too. Beach access is questionable, we just walked down the road a bit to gain access that we did not have to traverse over rocks to get down on the beach.

The property was clean and well stocked. High quality dishes, bedding, linens. One mobility note - there is a significant step up to the living room/tv room. This could be an issue for someone with disabilities. We thought it was one level. My father has some mobility issues. We were able to make it work but it was a surprise and I was nervous the first night. Beds were exceptional. This would be an excellent choice for 2 active couples. Or 2 single adults traveling together. Bunk beds for kids but I could see this as quite enjoyable for active adults. Everything you need. Active folks could walk along beach to the little town. We went off season so not a lot open but we brought our own food to eat in. We didn’t use the fireplace but would be quite cozy. I would recommend this property.

Great house!
This was such a cute house for our family of five to stay in. It was so close to the beach and the deck had a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was clean and well equipped.

This is a remarkable home so simple yet so elegant and so beautiful right on the beach. A terrific location that's wakable to town great pubs and restaurants. We travel quite a bit and could not have been more happy with the entire experience of this home

Took a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. This house was perfect for our stay. Clean and well-appointed. Great location right on the beach and a nice walk or short drive to town. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is so close to the beach that it feels like you are having a beach bonfire, but the older people in our group could join us because they didn’t have to navigate the sand. Wonderful place truly right on the beach, a nice cozy cottage with a lot of outdoor space, and an actual real fireplace in the family living room. Great for us in the winter-time, but I would imagine a wonderful setting for spring and summer.

Beautiful, remodeled property right on the beach. Clean, well-supplied, very comfortable beds and pillows! Quiet, private, in a great location-- near downtown Manzanita, but away from the crowds. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

The home and oceanfront location were exactly as described. This was the perfect place to get away, enjoy a cozy cabin, gorgeous skies and long beach walks, and feel completely safe and free from worries. Best ocean vacation EVER!

It was a very comfortable retreat...with a lovely view. Two adults stayed at the house which was perfect...a cozy bedroom for each person. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and living room was homey! A nice outside fire ended our last evening.
