Fernvale Leisure Club and Resort

The property was clean, peaceful, and beautiful. Our stay was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was spacious and well-maintained, which we really loved. We were a group of 11 people and booked two rooms. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. We were also pleasantly surprised when the property upgraded our room, which we really appreciated.

Here’s a more polished and natural version: I think there may be a connecting door between the rooms that has been covered or sealed, because we could clearly hear sounds coming from the other room. The guests in the other room complained that we were noisy. However, there were 11 of us, so naturally, there would be some noise whenever we gathered in the big room to eat and spend time together. Sometimes, the other room would also come into our room to talk and chill, so it was expected that there would be some level of conversation and laughter. We were not shouting or intentionally making excessive noise. It was simply the normal sound of a group of people spending time together.

Very accommodating and welcoming staff. Definitely would love to come back again. I like the pool so much it was designed like a lagoon and theres many pools to choose from. The food was excellent, served with a delicious buffet every morning. Furthermore, the place is located in a secure well guarded environment so you can really enjoy peace and serinity of the island. If you want value for your money, you definitely would love Fernvale Leisure club.

Lovely big rooms, modern and clean. Great place to feel clean again after some rough travelling. Convenient to get on the hotel bus/transfer if going to the airport.

Front desk staff seemed a bit annoyed and dismissive whenever speaking to them. No way to contact the front desk using the phone (the start pack says to use the phone only for calls to reception and other rooms, but no where in the pack or other areas of the room does it say how). Asked front desk for the (advertised) wake up call, but they forgot and laughed about it next day. The airport transfer is actually more like a bus that visits a few different hotels on the way, so if you’re expecting a private transfer directly to the airport, don’t.
