It was really clean and the apartment included all we needed! The neighbours were also very nice.

The pools were under construction and we had some bad odours downstairs coming from the drains. There were also some cockroaches running around the kitchen.

Friendly staff, awaited us with bottle of wine. Big rooms and bathroom, warm water to shower did not had to wait. Comfortable bed, very close to the beach and quiet place. TV was there but did not watch.

We had difficulties with locking the door and kitchen was missing some essential stuff like salt and garbage bags.

Washing machine, memory foam mattress

No iron or ironing board. Not enough glasses.

Location was perfect, very close to the beach and to Maspalomas.

Communication with the host was a bit poor, but still fine

Apartment is very quiet, even in very windy days it is quiet and calm in the terrace, ground floor and 1st floor. Small swiming pool in the resort is also very quiet, private and with partial sea view. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a couple of days (no electric kettle). The host was very friendly and helpfull. There is water and bread delivery every morning. Have a quite easy access to a beach via overroad pedestrian passage.

Apartment could use a renovation in the terrace area. Cleaning service left all the terrace furniture uncleaned. Difficult access to nearby bus stops. You need eather to walk on the street without a walkway (even cross some road barriers) or walk a long way around to different bus stop. It can be a little hard to stay there without a car.

We liked the place very much.
