Lovely comfortable room. Anthony and Siobhan are lovely and take great care to give you a lovely stay. Everything is immaculate. Breakfast had a great choice and was served beautifully. You can sit in the garden with a glass of wine if you wish. Secure parking and electric points available. Local pubs and restaurants were a short drive away. Took five minutes to drive into Lincoln centre. Would 100% stay here again. Lovely city to visit.

Everything! The room was spotless and well stocked, with great facilities. Anthony and Siobhan were both incredibly polite, amenable, and so easy to get along with. The room was restockes with coffees/tea/milk/water/chocolates each day. We were provided ice buckets and champagne flutes.
The breakfast was made to a superb quality, with lots of choices.
Honestly cannot recommend it more!
Honestly cannot fault the place at all! The only thing I can think of would be a slightly more up to date smart TV, but that is very minor.

The location was ideal for travelling into the city of Lincoln only 10 mins by car
There was also a bus stop just outside
The b&b was absolutely spotless one of the best I’ve stopped in and very well organised
Anthony and Siobhan were exceptional hosts and the breakfast was second to none
Will be stopping there again

Everything at Little Redlands was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was first class and locally sourced. The gardens were well maintained and great to just sit in and relax. The whole property was full of lovely little touches and Anthony and Siobhan could not have done more.

Welcoming hosts, a lovely bedroom and amazing bathroom of very high quality. Excellent breakfast selection. Safe and secure parking. Cleanliness and tidiness of a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Redlands, would highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Little Redlands- the room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were of an extremely high standard (full English one of the best we’ve had) and we really felt looked after- nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast on both mornings was superb, unless you have a dislike for ordering the night before. By ordering the night before, the hosts were able to provide an enormous selection of items. Full English breakfast accompanied by croissants, fresh fruit, home-made toast, juices etc…… Superb.
Also, hosts were more than attentive in every way but without being ‘over the top’. We felt suitably pampered in beautiful surroundings and will be returning for sure.
We really couldn’t think of anything that would improve Little Redlands.

This enchanting hotel is a little gem, no effort has been spared by Anthony & Siobhan to make your stay at their hotel one
of the most memorable you will ever have. Victorian style with modern accessories, fabulous food, in a calm tranquil setting.

Wonderful accommodation, the room was 5* and more. Hosts could not have done more to support our stay.
The room was amazing and the bathroom was ‘out of this world’.
Spent my days at local antique fairs and this was a fantastic venue between both events.

We loved everything about our stay at Little Redlands. Lovely, peaceful, exceptionally clean. The room was a delight to stay in and felt like pure luxury. Breakfast was delicious, I would recommend the eggs florentine. Anthony and Siobhan were so helpful and attentive which really made our stay perfect. We look forward to staying again, hopefully soon.

First class accommodation with superb breakfast choices. Little Redlands go the extra mile -proper coffee machine in the room rather than sachets of instant coffee, chocolates by the bedside etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I cannot speak highly enough of Little Redlands. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms luxurious. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were excellent and generous with a really good choice of hot and cold food. Anthony and Siobhan were excellent hosts, they provided helpful information prior to our arrival and were welcoming and friendly during our stay. I really can't fault Little Redlands.
