We love the view of Lemon Bay from the lanai. There are a number of walkable restaurants. Stump Pass Beach State Park is a nice hike out to the pass.

Bay Breeze is a wonderful find! The listing is accurate with photos and details about location. I have always been a gulf/oceanfront only girl. I needed to stretch my money so I could stay for two weeks in Manasota so I decided to stay on Lemon Bay. What a great decision! I enjoyed watching the boats going in/out, the birds coming to the dock, dolphins swimming by every day, and I even saw a manatee once! I don't believe I would've enjoyed my stay as much had I been on the gulf side. The owners were great! They contacted me to make sure all was as I expected. I called them once about a hornet buzzing loudly and building a nest on the lanai. They responded immediately and came right away. I am so grateful that they offer their beautiful property to others to rent. I hope to go back!

Beautiful Bay Views and a Two Minute Walk to the Beach!
Bay Breeze is a wonderful find! The listing is accurate with photos and details about location. I have always been a gulf/oceanfront only girl. Beautiful, comfortable condo and great communication with John, the property manager. We loved sitting on the balcony watch the boats and the storm come in.

Everything we needed for a weeks stay clear down to books to read, beach chairs and umbrella and a beautiful view of the bay with pretty sailboats sailing by. Lots of clean towels, even some beach towels to use. We had absolutely no complaints. The beach was gorgeous at sunset and the pool was sparkly clean. We loved our stay.

Very comfortable and clean and accessible to beach and restaurant.
Property manager friendly and accommodating. Responded on a need in an appropriate time. One issue was the beach chairs need to be replaced because they were broken. Would rent unit again.

Fav restaurants we drove to: Nicola's Italian (AMAZING!) and Texas Best BBQ (everything was SOOOO good!). Went to Stump Pass one morning. The beach was wonderful (different than by the condo) and so many shells that are not bashed and broken because there weren't as many waves in the pass. Overall a great, relaxing week in Manasota Key, and the condo was a great location!

Poor wifi
Upon check-in wifi wasn’t working. Called rental agent who gave us an alternative wifi access. Was weak at best. Original issue never rectified- seems like he “forgot” about the issue. Place was nice ; view was great. Only other issue was lack of gas grill; only had charcoal grills which needed old ashes temoved as they were overflowing

Nice property, stayed there previously. We brought our boat, which leads me to say that the dock should have been replaced last year as the neighboring ElGaleon dock was.

Amazing view from the Lanai!
Lovely Condo! Comfortable bed, clean updated bath, great WIFI, and a kitchen stocked with more than we expected.
It's within walking distance to everything you need. Great restaurants, beautiful beach across the street and the sunrise view from the Lanai is priceless. Dolphins visited us everyday! We walked on the beach every night at sunset collecting shells. We would certainly book again. Thanks John!

We love Manesota Key. It's quieter and not as busy as the more popular locations but has all there is to offer. This unit is perfect for two. It was clean and nice. It looks out over the bay and is so peaceful. It is a few short steps to the Gulf so very easy to enjoy both sides. There are several places to eat that are easily walkable. We loved it and hope to go again! It was just what was needed to relax and unwind.

Perfect location and view with boat dockage. Very clean and well updated, good size for
two people with easy access to beach. Highly recommend, but FYI if you are over 6’2” the bed does a footboard. Minor inconvenience for a stay in paradise 😎

A very well maintained property. Directly on the Bay and within steps (across street) to beach - nice area. Pool is heated. Close to beach bars/restaurants (can hear music from patio).

Bay Breeze
Condo is in a great location. It is walking distance to restaurants and a convenience store and across the street from private beach access. It has an awesome view of the bay where you can watch pelicans fishing. Check in was easy and property manager followed up the next day to be sure we had everything we needed. Overall a great experience.

Second time staying at this Complex - Well maintained - quiet and wonderful views from the lanai - boats - dolphins -
The best part is that everything is within walking distance - beautiful beach is a 2 minute walk across the street -
Restaurants are minutes away also - no car needed.
John is very quick to answer any questions you have .

Perfect vacation in a beautiful location
This was our third year staying at this great El Galeon
East condo. John, Joe and Carol are doing a wonderful job maintaining this unit. This year we were excited to find a newly tiled shower with new glass doors.
Englewood and Manasota Key may be the last “unspoiled” area on Florida’s West coast. The traffic is minimal, the restaurants are great and the beaches are beautiful.

The condo was very clean, well maintained with a newly renovated bathroom. This unit was one of the very best units for location and amenities. We have rented this unit for several years and have never been happier with our vacations at Manasota Key.

Englewood, a place to relax!
It was our first time in Englewood and we totally loved the place. Compared to Sarasota, Ft Myers, Ft Lauderdale, Clearwarter, it's a much more quiet place without being too quiet. We found several restaurants within walking distance of our condo and the Farmers' market on Thursday on Dearborn st is a must visit. The condo was nice and had everything to stay home and cook a little bit or go out and just relax. The view is just as shown in the pictures, you feel like you are on water. The bay view is just fantastic, full of birds flying and small mangroves islands. I definitely recommend the area and the condo. The owner Mr. Klein and his brother are very nice to deal with and definitely want their clients to be happy!

The condo was perfect and the view of the harbor was phenomenal! Unfortunately the red tide kept us away from the beach but we enjoyed the pool!
