We had a wonderful experience. We have been doing our family trips for over 25 yrs. Of all the houses/cabins we have rented this one by far has been the most well stocked for cooking and entertaining needs and the game room was amazing. The owners were extremely accommodating and available for any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

We had 15 people, and this house accommodated us perfectly. The house is actually bigger than what the pictures show. We spent a lot of time on the main floor for meals and socializing, and also spent a lot of time in the back yard playing games and hanging out. Lots of seating, a really nice bbq, and a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Shelly (the owner) was super nice, gave us a great tour of the house, and was very inviting. The kitchen has everything and more that you would need for preparing meals. There are also a lot of spices and seasonings available to use which was nice. We all enjoyed the game room with darts, pool, ping pong and table soccer. Lastly, the house is in a great location.

We had 15 people, and this house accommodated us perfectly. The house is actually bigger than what the pictures show. Flathead Lake/Polson family getaway
This property easily handled our four families and 15 individuals with ease. Plenty of space indoors with the multi levels, game area, living space, kitchen and outdoor relaxation. Location is excellent to take part in local attractions and as far away as Glacier Park. They were very welcoming to their home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks

Wonderful property in great area!
This property was big enough for our large family gathering, and was minutes away from the lake. It's a walking distance away from grocery store and the cute little diner that had fresh huckleberry shakes! The owner met us there for check-in and a tour of the home. The garage has been converted into a game room with pool table, darts, a wet bar, and an extra fridge. There was plenty of room for our big group, with a beautiful back yard which had a big grill, and plenty of grass for little kids to run around on. Communication leading up to our arrival was quick and helpful. If you're thinking about visiting Flathead Lake, I'd recommend this property! Outstanding!

Great place!
This is a lovely, well-equipped, clean, comfortable home with lots of space for a large-multigenerational family. Shelly and Todd were responsive to all our requests before we arrived, and there to welcome us and show us around after we got there. We cannot imagine a better place for our family reunion, or one with a more beautiful view.

We had a great time using the big kitchen for group meals, playing games in the garage (ping pong and foosball) and enjoying the amazing views of the lake. The downtown area was a short walk, as was several groceries stores. The weather was a little fickle (memorial day weekend!), but we had so much fun being together at the house when we weren't at wedding activities.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!
SO ACCOMMODATING! We had 21 people, 5 nights: 12 adults & 9 kids from 3-16yo & everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in! (NO creaking/hard/lumpy beds)
*We were blown away with all the amenities & extras! Seriously, we did not expect all the items Shelly & Todd have here that make this feel like home. From sippy cups to batteries, stock pots to warming dishes & SPICES, it was a huge relief knowing any little thing we may have needed that wouldn't be worth buying just for the trip was already taken care of! Shelly & I laughed when she showed me the large Lifetime table & xtra chairs in the game room because we brought our own, thinking there was no way they'd have them (other rental homes had almost no extras). There's so much more to this house than the large kitchen/LR, game room, & bdrms!
* They have a kiddie pool! Picnic table on deck! Cornhole! When asked about adding a pingpong table, Shelly put theirs over the pool table before arriving! There's a wet bar, 2nd fridge, tons of counter/storage space, TV, & 1/2 bath in the game room so the teens had it made! We never had to buy laundry detergent or cleaning supplies! There's TONS of movies, DVDs AND VHS! There are hide-a-way beds on main, 2nd & 3rd floors! A couple bdrms have blackout shades! Every room had a fan! There's a game closet! The BBQ grill is GAS, so we didn't have to worry about charcoal or propane! There's extra blankets/pillows in most if not all closets, and laundry baskets! The washer/dryer are HUGE! Unexpected plus: the house next door is vacant, giving us much needed parking space for our boat we didn't have a rental slip for (7 cars fit!).
* Previous reviews are spot on: super-soft carpet and sturdy sub-flooring make this home QUIET for those who want/need it. Location is AWESOME. TRY Boettcher Park, pebble beach area!
* MINOR inconveniences: We did end up buying two locking interior door knobs & installing them on the two 1/2 baths on the main after a couple people were walked in on, but we left them installed for you! There is no garbage disposal so it's slightly inconvenient when cooking a lot of food. May need to bring LARGE wood cutting board, theirs is glass.
*The ONLY complaint here is the lack of A/C in the main LR & 2 bdrms on 2nd floor. Hard for us to sleep well in those rms. We ended up buying a portable AC at the nearby ACE. Hopefully the Parges will fix before Summer 2019, it's obvious they care about comfort & are quick to help with needs!!

Very nice!
The Chateau was just right for our family reunion! We had 16 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. 4 couples were able to have a room to themselves, and the other 4 couples had to share a room. But it was very comfortable except that the bedrooms where couples had to share didn't have air conditioning and the nights were pretty warm. They did have fans in those rooms, but if you like to sleep cool, those rooms were not as comfortable at night! The house was well-stocked with pots and pans, plates and dishes and utensils. We had lots of counter space and work/serving area. It was a beautiful home, with amazing views of the lake! The game room was fun with the pool and fooseball tables and lots of space for ice chests and even a second full-sized refrigerator out there. The dining room had a good-sized table that about 6 people could sit around, plus bar stools for the island, and a big picnic table on the deck. The back yard looks flatter in the pictures online than it really is. It has lots of slants and hills in the back yard, but we were still able to play some yard games out there...but it is fairly small. Everything was beautiful and we enjoyed it immensly. The bathrooms were conveniently placed, with plenty of them, but they need to put some locks on the doors! Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend it to others!

Comfortable, clean home in a great location.
The house was super clean, very well equipped, and very comfortable for all. We did have some trouble with the air, but Shelley and Todd were extremely easy and available to make it a very enjoyable weekend.

Outstanding!
The home was much more than I expected! Tons of room to sleep and play! Beautiful views with easy access to Polson and Flathead Lake. The home was fully stocked with everything you could think of and more! Game room was a hit with adults and kids alike. And top of the list the home was immaculate, so clean and comfy. We were met by the owners who showed us around and were available if needed. Check in and out was simple. My daughter the bride and her bridesmaids got ready here, I’m sure the pictures will be stunning, with so much beauty. This home is a must!

We had a wonderful wedding weekend at this beautiful home! It was big enough to accommodate our large family, and the scenery and area was gorgeous. Very grateful for the opportunity to stay here and enjoy time with family. Five stars for the kind hosts, they were available for any questions or concerns we had!

The home was great, we have a large family and a lot of friends. Everyone enjoyed the view of Polson Bay. The kitchen was just right for entertaining our guests. Our hosts were welcoming and interested in our travels. Really the best place to stay in Polson !!!

Great for large groups
We had a great stay! Lots of room to spread out but also accommodates enough room for large groups to come together for board games and meals! Game room/man cave was a favorite and the moms appreciated the variety of kid toys, movies, and even items like a booster seat, stroller and baby monitor for the littles. They had everything we needed and more!

Wonderful stay
Thank you very much, this was a great stay. The overview that Todd provided of everything was very helpful. It is a great place to stay in the wintertime, great view of the lake. Perfect spot for a Family Reunion.
Perfect location to downtown Polson, Perfect view of Flathead Lake (million dollar View) and house was well prepared. We enjoyed the stay, owners were great and everything was in wonderful order. This house is the best.

Perfect Locale, Amazing Home, Awesome Accomodations
We found the perfect rental for the coming together of our family (13 adults, 5 children) to vacation in Polson. Gorgeous panoramic views of Polson Bay from the great room, ideal deck for outdoor meals, and plenty of room for everyone. Clean, beautiful, well appointed home and very responsive, hospitable hosts -- couldn't have wished for anything better. Thank you so much!

Great home
We were back for our third year and were just as happy with the accommodations as ever. It suits our big family as it has six sizable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, terrific game room and a fenced yard to keep the littlest ones in. Can't beat the sunsets from the deck either. We'll be back!

Great visit at The Chateau
Our family of 20 had a great visit in Polson and this spacious home was a big part of it. The view as we first entered the house set a fantastic first impression. The open kitchen/living room was a great place for every one to gather and the kitchen was the most well equipped I have ever seen. The game room was very popular and the back yard and deck were also great places to gather. With people driving in from all over the country, the generous parking area was just what we needed.
