We had a great stay here for our first visit to Nashville. We walked everywhere - had 3 shows to go to at The Ryman and Bridgestone. Many restaurants and bars all around. The place was spacious and perfect for our stay. I was surprised to find no windows but there were skylights. This was an internal unit - I'm guessing the outer units have windows. Just something to note. You could hear other people in the building but they did supply ear plugs and that helped one night in particular. Overall a great find and I'd stay here again. The management was extremely responsive and got in touch with us about an issue before we could reach out to them.

The property is in a convenient location. It is a short walk to Broadway. The property is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay.

We have been coming to Nashville for 20 years and this is the best place we’ve stayed! Place was clean and very nice and the location couldn’t be better! We will stay here from now on!

I hate to disagree with others. But we thought this place was just okay. I think the listing should specifically say that there are no exterior windows other than the skylights. I could have read the reviews more carefully, but they were all so positive that I skipped that. I found it very isolating and strange to not be able to see where I was in the city, check the weather, etc.
If that were the only thing, I wouldn’t have rated this three stars. Some other things:
There were no tissues provided. This is pretty standard for a hotel or rental. There was plenty of toilet paper, but it was cheap and thin.
The single trash can on the bottom level was very small, the lid was dented, the lever seemed compromised.
The sheets were scratchy.
There was no additional blanket. It would have been nice to have an extra and/or one upstairs to use when sitting on the couch.
One bathroom sink didn’t drain well.
These may feel like small things. And they are. But these are the small things that add up to a great (or, in this case, not so great) experience.
The location was great, the communication was great, check in was easy. I don’t mind taking the trash to the basement. There was a “hotline” to call if you have problems. But none of my complaints rise to hotline level. When I’m sitting on the couch at 10:00 at night, wishing for a blanket, I’m not going to call a hotline.
I also don’t like the pressure to give a 5 star review. It feels manipulative and not genuine.

Very close to Broadway and most everything was within a 10 min walk. We didn’t hear much of anything from outside the building, just some people walking in the hallways in the evening who could’ve been a little quieter. Unit was clean and everything was on par with the pictures.

Nice and modern. Very well done property. Comforter on the bed had some stains and was dirty. Sheets were clean though. I didn't mind the dirty comforter but my wife thought is was too dirty.

what a great spot in Nashville. Easy access to the Ryman for a concert which is why we were in town. Such an easy walk to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and the river. Our loft was appointed very well and perfect for the two of us. Definitely enjoyed our stay and the management company process was very easy and effective. Highly recommend this!

This was the most perfect spot for us to stay in Nashville and do everything we wanted without having to rent a car. The space was big, clean and comfy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay downtown!

The location was great. Walkable distance to most attractions. I wondered if we would hear the downtown noise but this unit is an interior unit without outside windows or walls so we did not hear downtown at all. We occasionally could here other tenants but it was not bad. The building is locked and we felt very safe. Only a couple blocks from Broadway but Printers alley behind the building was a nice change if you want to get out of the crowds. The unit is clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We really only slept and showered there but it had everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again.

Walking distance to Printer's Alley and other local area attractions like Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, etc. Room was fine. I didn't use the upstairs area at all but it had a kitchen and seating area that might be useful for extended stay. The loft does not have any windows so you don't get any sunlight in or general idea what is going on outside. Building is quiet and secure.

We were in town for college football but wanted the nightlife experience. Music City Lofts is a great location! Our condo in particular was unique with the first floor bedroom and the second floor living area. Really nice! We walked everywhere except to the ball game but Ubers were easy to get so that wasn’t a problem. Definitely staying there again!

We stayed in Center Stage. This is a fantastic location and a really cool place to stay (block and a half off Broadway by Printer’s Alley). Great accommodations, great bed, very nice amenities, great security and a grocery store a half a block from the complex. 👍🏼 Parking was just fine w lots of people in and out so very busy and safe. My wife dropped her Apple Watch out side the building… one of the guest staying in another loft found it and got it back to us the next day…so this is the level of customers that are renting these lofts! Bought them a bottle of wine and a Nashville souvenir for their kindness and honesty in getting the watch back to us! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 We will return and stay with these folks next time we head back to Nashville!

About an hour after check-in, the cleaning guy came back to pick-up his vacuum cleaner that was left in the upstairs area, at an inappropriate time, it was slightly weird and awkward.
The elevator was broken and we had back stairs for a day, but it was only a slight inconvenience.
I guess I should mention the trash too, it was weird that they make guests throw out their trash in a place that seems weirdly convoluted to access. A person has to go through a hidden basement bar area and through several doors to get to the (very smelly) trash dumpster. If I were a women I'd be uncomfortable going back into that area., as it was it seemed sketchy, but there were signs pointing the way to the trash on the way.
The place itself was very clean and nice. Overall, we hardly saw anyone and the building was quiet.
