We proudly own and manage 18 lofts in Downtown Nashville. Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more!
With our reservations, we offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy.
We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property.
Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Store and Snore Nashville to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville baggage free before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. PARKING: We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Daily parking is available near the loft starting around $30 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events taking place in the downtown area. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. One Nashville Place is the name of the garage if you wish to reach out to them directly for rates or more information.
LINENS & SUCH
The property includes a full kitchen, linens and towels, free WIFI and TV for streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. Conveniently located around the corner from Walgreens, Metropolitan Wines and Savi Urban Market to pick up any items you might need during your stay. PLUS walking distance to plenty of great restaurants.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. We love the location. The loft is super cute. We love having Alley Taps bar in the basement for the nightcap. There is a small convenience store very close for items you need in your room such as coffee, water and snacks, but it's nice that the property management also give the option of having a Walmart order delivered and your room stocked before you arrive. They will even stock your room with alcohol if wanted. The room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I would stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great loft at the very best location in Nashville.We arrived a little earlier than 3:00. Our room was locked until 3:00 which was no problem. We took our luggage and hung out in the basement at Alley taps until the room was ready. If you know you will be arriving early, they do allow an early check-in for an extra fee. They also have a storage place across the street to store your luggage until your room is ready, which is a great option. We flew in from Pittsburgh and ubered from the airport. We had friends meet us who drove from Pittsburgh and for able to park their vehicle across the street for a fee. It's also nice that any unopened food and drinks are left in the room for the next person. We had coffee and a few beers and sodas left in our refrigerator. We left some for the next guest as well!

I hate to disagree with others. But we thought this place was just okay. I think the listing should specifically say that there are no exterior windows other than the skylights. I could have read the reviews more carefully, but they were all so positive that I skipped that. I found it very isolating and strange to not be able to see where I was in the city, check the weather, etc.
If that were the only thing, I wouldn’t have rated this three stars. Some other things:
There were no tissues provided. This is pretty standard for a hotel or rental. There was plenty of toilet paper, but it was cheap and thin.
The single trash can on the bottom level was very small, the lid was dented, the lever seemed compromised.
The sheets were scratchy.
There was no additional blanket. It would have been nice to have an extra and/or one upstairs to use when sitting on the couch.
One bathroom sink didn’t drain well.
These may feel like small things. And they are. But these are the small things that add up to a great (or, in this case, not so great) experience.
The location was great, the communication was great, check in was easy. I don’t mind taking the trash to the basement. There was a “hotline” to call if you have problems. But none of my complaints rise to hotline level. When I’m sitting on the couch at 10:00 at night, wishing for a blanket, I’m not going to call a hotline.
I also don’t like the pressure to give a 5 star review. It feels manipulative and not genuine.
