Marvelous Gran Casa De La Mar
Benvenuti a Casa La Mar, dove "Mi Casa es su Casa" è preso a cuore. Questa deliziosa casa con tre camere da letto, due bagni e mezzo, è situata su Marine Terrace, a un isolato a est dell'acqua, a breve distanza dalla pista del sentiero per il Ranch. Puoi sentire i Sigilli abbaiare, le onde che si infrangono e guardare il sole tramontare all'orizzonte, mentre le tue preoccupazioni si dissolvono. Immergiti nella vasca idromassaggio sul ponte per aggiungere relax. Una grande TV ad alta definizione è nel soggiorno. Sono disponibili un computer con Internet e una connessione wireless. Le camere da letto hanno un re e una regina, un letto estraibile in ufficio e un divano letto nel soggiorno, abbastanza per ospitare fino a 8 persone. È abbastanza spazioso per un gruppo di otto, ma abbastanza accogliente per una fuga romantica e tranquilla per due. Anche gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti !! TOT # 0000496

What a beautiful and spacious home it was. The neighborhood was so peaceful. The property had a great view of the water as well. The walk to the beach was within 5 minutes. The house was clean. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a treat during chilly nights.

We had a nice time at the house, very comfortable house. Would recommend a separate trash container for the kitchen for recycles, would make it easier.Overall , we like the house.

We’ve been coming to Cambria, our Happy Place, for many years. This is now our favorite home. The location is gorgeous with an ocean view. It’s a great home to bring your pups as it has an enclosed outdoor area. Fiscalini Ranch walking is nearby and the town is just minutes away. Be aware that there are a myriad of stairs; lugging all of our “stuff” in and out was certainly good exercise. The one improvement could be the jacuzzi. It doesn’t keep the temperature consistent and often didn’t heat to the temp we set. Every day was a new adventure with hiking, wineries, restaurants and the shops.

There was plenty of space to spread out and just relax! We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the preserve. Check in and out was easy, the house was spotless and the kitchen stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed. Sure, some of the furniture is a little worn but thats to be expected with a well-loved rental. We love Cambria and can't wait to return!
