Entrando non si può fare a meno di lasciare fuori un sospiro e lasciate che le vostre preoccupazioni sono andate come vi rilassate in questo 2600 sq ft condominio. Questo angolo sud soggiorno ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e mozzafiato vista dell'alba. Un wet-bar, impianto stereo e ice maker migliorerà alcun partito. Anche godere i panorami dalle camere da letto e ognuno ha il proprio balcone !!

I stayed here a week with my family. The condo was very spacious and was exactly as described in the listing. The refrigerator and washing machine could be replaced but other than that, the unit was great!

I was very disappointed with the elevator situation. There are not enough elevators for the number of occupants. We had to wait hours until we learned to get into the elevator no matter whether you needed to go up or down....you just road until you could get to your floor. The parking garage was another story!!! We had to use the stairs because we were on the wrong floor. When we reached the 6th floor the door was locked, we tried 6, 7, 8 and 9th floor and all of the doors were locked. We went back to 6th floor and beat on the door until someone heard us to let us in! Very Scary!!

This is a beautiful condo on the beach. However, it does need some updating and deep cleaning (carpets, drapes, chair cushions, washing machine). There are some minor repairs needed: leaking faucets, hair dryers. The management company is very helpful whenever we needed something or had questions.

Communication with the host was extremely easy. She was quick at responses and very helpful. The views from this condo were absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning. The beds were comfortable, lots of room, Kitchen well furnished, sitting at the dining room table looking out the ocean was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this condo.

This was a very beautiful place to stay! Condo was perfect with the most amazing views! Owners were amazing at answering email and text messages! Elevator was fast! Very safe area! It was an amazing get away the only issue wasn’t ready to leave! Very comfortable beds! Will definitely booking again!

Family Vacation '22
This was our second successive year to stay in Phoenix II West, and our first in the 32nd floor penthouse condo. It is beautiful, and has a terrific view. There is very little to complain about in the unit itself, but the elevators and parking are a detraction from an otherwise wonderful week. Apparently one of the six elevators was broken for most of the week, as we never saw it used, which caused traffic to back up even more than usual. Parking was a little improved this year over last, but still caused some of the family to park off-site. This seems to a chronic problem; the building simply does not have enough parking for the number of occupants that are there in summer. Off-site parking is some miles away, requiring someone to transport a driver to the site and pick up extra vehicle(s) if your party exceeds 2 vehicles per a 4 BR unit, which we did. We will consider other locations next year due to this inconvenience.

Exceptional views of the beach and Gulf from the 27th floor. This property was spacious, the amenities were plentiful, and the property manager was responsive and helpful. Enjoy Orange Beach at its best with this property! We had an excellent week!

We stay in Gulf Shores every year and share with another family. This floor plan always works great for us! Space for everyone and you don't feel like you're on top of each other.
This particular unit was nicely furnished, yet practical. Floors were clean and beds too. I would pick this unit again the next time we came to town.

The layout of the condo was fantastic. Plenty of room and clean. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Living room table was missing a few screws and one of the legs on a chair in the living area was very questionable. Location was perfect. The view and balcony was one of the best features. We were very disappointed the indoor was not available. Some of the management was very rude. We had questions regarding why the pool area was closed, due to high winds. The previous day had stronger winds and it remained open. Ask to the the policies regarding these issues and were told it would talk to long to gather that information. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Phoenix West II.
