The location was perfect! A short walk to Albert Park and into St Kilda for dinner and shopping. Apartment was clean and cosy. Had everything we needed for our 5 night stay

Great location for us

There was no respect for privacy. Absolutely terrible experience. If you are okay with the owners helping themselves into the apartment whilst you are there, and not making it known that they are there. Then this apartment is for you.

Very good condition. Good location particularly for trams. Bed very comfortable Spacious. Good size settee and tv. Minimalist but all the basics are provided. 5 mins walk to the park area next to the sea and to shops and bars and restaurants. Street is narrow and was for garages at the back of houses but recently some accommodation has been built so it is quiet. Clear instructions on how to get in. Prompt response to request for access to wifi. Windows and blinds operate well Good air con. Bathroom new as is apartment.

Absence of any information except how to get in. Photos looked like there was a kitchen but there is a microwave and sink.A wasing up machine but No instructions. No real cooking utensils or drainer although plenty of plates.. Not suitable for more than a few days but good for that period. Absence of any balcony or garden although it overlooks the house and garden at the rear so it has a view and you can save to them through the open window so friendly. . I understood it was by the sea but it is a couple of streets back.

I liked the unit but there was nowhere to put toiletries as the basin did not have a vanity. Airconditioning did not warm up quickly. I thought there was free wifi but there was no explanation on how to connect. Overall very comfortable bed and nicely decorated.

Nice studio, new and location is good, walking distance from the beach and Albert park.

We stayed for 14 nights, the address was not right so we arrived to the other side of the block. The cutlery was not clean, as well as glasses and some plates. I was not thinking about complaining about that but when I asked about additional sheets and towels(we were there 14 nights and didn’t get an spare pair of sheets) they replied that they will charge us an additional cost. They already charged around 150 for cleaning fee, the place was not clean and one day before leaving they sent a reminder saying that if the place was not clean they will charge more....... the studio is a cold and it was not enough with one quilt of course we didn’t ask for an additional blanket because they would charge us... Nice place but very disappointed about the service.
