Cannot get much closer to the ocean that this! Loved watching the surfers and sunsets from the patio. We had family staying in another unit and they loved coming to check out our view! Very easy walk to beaches, pier, and Oceanside restaurants. Close proximity to parking was also a plus. The rental company and the on-site property manager were both fantastic to deal with. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was a wonderful experience- one of the best locations out of my approximate ten times staying in Oceanside. It was very clean, 180 degrees of oceanfront views, close to the assigned parking, easy check in/out.

This was the perfect location for our family's Beach Thanksgiving. Our 3 children and their families stayed in other units, and Mom and Dad had the beachfront. Beautiful view of the ocean, and same from the master bedroom. Such a short walk to the beach, and kids could leave their boards and chairs at our place, and not have to carry them back and forth each day. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils, serving and storage dishes, and even a crock-pot which was great for keeping things warm for our Thanksgiving dinner, as well as the snacking that went on during the day. Beautiful location, and beautiful vacation home!

Everything about the unit network met or exceeded our expectations. How are you that was clean and fully equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. When we checked out and returned to Arizona, we discovered that we left something of value in the unit. Randy and his wife, the owners of MakeMyvacation, went to the unit, recovered it, and returned it to us promptly. Great people to work with, honest and very friendly. We will recommend them to our family and friends. We will work with them in the future.

Wife and I have watched our boys grow at NCV and finally chose a beach fronting unit. We agreed we wish we hadn't waited this long. We can't say enough about our stay. The Spacious kitchen, bedrooms and the view from the living room and master were priceless. The wonderful oceanfront patio was prime for dining as well as the perfect sunset view. We felt cared for with the text messages with check in/out instructions and inquiries about our stay. We are very much looking forward to our next trip.

In my humble opinion, this is one of the best, if not the best, units at North Coast Village.
You can not beat the location, and having your own semi-private backyard to watch every sunset from us worth every penny.
For a family of five (two soon to be toddlers and a soon to be teenager), this unit has everything you could need.
The home is well furnished, clean and easy to miss the moment your time is up. We will definitely be back at E15.
One more insight for those curious, yes parking is tight but not unrealistic. We had a Honda CRV, and even with a car parked in the adjacent spot it wasn't much of an issue. I would say anything bigger than a minivan and you'll probably have more trouble depending on the overall garage occupancy on any given day.
Overall, the place is incredible and it's location both to the beach and the parking spot eliminated so many of the little time nibblers planning out your trip.
We can't wait to return

We stayed here with our grandchildren and had an amazing time. During the day, part of the family would set up their beach chairs on the sand in front of the sea wall (during low tide, of course!) and we could talk back and forth with the rest of the family enjoying the fantastic view from the patio. The sunsets were so beautiful too! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was perfect! Our only complaint would be the parking space reserved for our room was incredibly difficult to get in or out of. Not was it limited access but the property/complex stores it's large trash bin directly behind our space which added to the difficulty. Overall experience was very good room cleanliness location and access to all amenities was perfect. Thank you!

From booking to checkout, we had a great experience! All questions even before booking were promptly and professionally answered. We checked in the evening on a Sunday and the security staff were professional, friendly, and quick to get us all set. The property community areas are immaculate, maintained, and beautiful. The unit was exactly as described and stocked exactly as listed. Everything was very clean. Ants are fully disclosed on the website as a sometimes nuisance but we only saw a couple of them are entire stay and in the bathrooms, not the kitchen. Not unusual for beachside in San Diego/Oceanside area! Customer service from booking to check out was fantastic. I would highly recommend this village/unit to anyone. We enjoyed the wonderful heated pool and hot tub and quick access to the beach. We knew dredging would likely be going on during our rental period but the placement of the pipe and the location of the beach wall is in a place you can't even see it from the unit or the patio. We only had noise from dredging one night out of our 5 night stay - it worked out great! Very fun quick walk to the Oceanside Pier and we enjoyed excellent dinners at Joes Crab Shack (very quick drive), Tin Fish seafood counter under the pier, Zig Zag Pizza, and the wonderful market in downtown Oceanside on Thursday night. Covered parking is very close to the unit but as noted in other reviews is in a very tight location against a wall. I'm not sure how we would have pulled off parking if a vehicle had been in the adjacent spot but thankfully nobody was next to us our entire stay. Just something to be aware of if you aren't comfortable parking in tight spots and we completely understood this was the case when we booked and understand the parking spot comes with the unit and is what it is. We would absolutely 100% recommend this unit and complex to anyone and hope to return again someday!

Absolutely loved our stay even though it rained for several days out of the week. Great views through the patio door of the ocean waves as they rolled in. Very nice to sit out on the patio (when it wasn't raining) to take in the beach and the ocean view.

This rental is really amazing and the location is just he best. We have been coming to Oceanside NCV for 4 years and finally got the ocean front. We loved it so much I booked for next year while sitting on the porch. The property is updated and has all of the amenities. The harbor and all of the shops are close and easy to access. 100 % recommend.

E15 is a gorgeous beachfront condo! The unit was very clean and fresh when we arrived. The hosts were outstanding and were very responsive to all of my questions. Only thing I would change is the parking spot. It is up against a wall with a dumpster directly behind our van. There was a vehicle next to us. It was very difficult to get in and out. If the dumpster wasn't right behind us it would have made parking much easier.

This property met all of our expectations and we would highly recommend staying here with family and friends. Easy beach access and amazing beach views only steps out the back patio. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future. The complex is quite large and definitely gives a vacation vibe once you step foot on to the property. Our condo was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

It was cloudy and chilly on some days so the fireplace was great to have. We appreciated the provided fans that doubled as heaters. The grounds are beautiful landscapped and the kids loved the large jacuzzi. The only bummer was that on our 3rd of 5 nights, security was outside our unit telling us someone had just jumped the rock wall from the beach onto our back patio space and that we needed to lock our doors and shut our windows. Not being able to sleep with the windows open and slightly on edge was unfortunate, but we did appreciate the security presence every evening and overnight.

This was the perfect family vaca spot!! We have two kids under 3 and this location was wonderful for them. The rooms get nice and dark with great fans for nap time, the patio has a beautiful beach view and access to the pool/beach is easy. The grounds of this facility make you feel like you’re at a resort. Since we live locally, we’d definitely like to come back here to make this annual! The only complaint I have is there was a decent sized yellow stain on one of the twin beds when we arrived, but other than that the entire place was spotless and very comfortable. This company’s support was lovely, the staff worked with me to get in a little early for check-in to decorate the condo with birthday decorations. They always pick up the phone and we’re very nice. I’d do it all again!
