Our friend group was so comfortable in this gorgeous house. The bug kitchen island was the perfect place to gather for snacks, wine and laughs. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom so plenty of space to spread out. The amazing electric fireplaces kept us warm and cozy and the view was breathtaking. Def click book when this property comes up!

This property was great! The owner was so easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. The house was clean and well stocked. There were 4 couples and we each had our own room and bathroom. We had a fire at night down by the water which was a great start to our weekend. We cooked a steak dinner on the grill provided. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend so we didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks provided at the house but we didn’t let the weather stop us from having an awesome time!! Highly recommend this house!

Even though my husband got ill, our friends were able to go. All comments were positive, especially about the owner, Bill

Had a great three night stay here . There were six adults and had plenty of space. Lots tt do in the area, wineries, breweries, distilleries, Watkins Glen and Lake Seneca Cruise were all top shelf! Fire by the water , kayaking, and beautiful sunsets topped it off. Bill was gracious host, house was immaculate and comfortable. Highly revommend!

The property had a homey feel with mondern up to date touch. Watching the sunset every night on the huge front porch waa such a bonus!

We would highly recommend this location. Our host, Bill, was quick to respond to any questions and provided great suggestions for surrounding wineries and waterfall viewing, which we were interested in.
The 2 large separate units (in one house) were well appointed with furnishings, decor, games, music, reading material, even bottled water dispenser...all just like home. Shower water pressure was very good. The place was immaculate!!!
The view of the lake can't be beat, especially at sunset. Lots of seating areas inside and outdoors as well. We were a group of 8 adults and very comfortable there, and would definitely rebook if we ever revisit the area.

Bill is an amazing host who was super communicative throughout the process from making initial reservation to the actual stay. Tons of suggestions and options of things to do in the area. House is very spacious and easily kept 7 adults for the week without feeling cramped. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to eat in several nights. Enjoyed coffee on front porch and dock in the mornings, great family conversations and friendly dog walking neighbors to start the day. Sunsets from the porch and dock to end the day. We got a lot of use out of the kayaks! Highly recommend Bill’s place for the location, amenities, and value.

We had a great time at Bill's property on Seneca Lake. The house is so well-equipped, and there are essentially two full units. We traveled with our two adult children, their spouses, and a toddler, and it was wonderful that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, and so did the toddler! The second unit is up a separate staircase that you access from outside, and it had its own kitchen and supplies. Bill was easy to contact and very responsive,
The only advice I'd give others is to think about bringing your own if you like a thick pillow, but we ended up stacking the pillows there and slept well. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the sunset from the front porch is fabulous, and there are so many wineries and breweries just a short drive away. It was an easy drive to go to the Corning Glass Museum for a day, as well. Highly recommend!

I just came back from a week-long stay with 4 couples. The 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms were perfect for us! It was nice to have 2 kitchens & living areas, but we mainly hung out on the first floor. The lake views are beautiful from the front porch and living areas. The house is updated and very clean. There is a nice grill and 2 fire pits. There are several kayaks and a row boat. The home is close to several wineries. Bill provided many recommendations for things to do. I highly recommend a stay at Bill’s house!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this clean and well-furnished house right on Seneca Lake. The house itself had everything we could need (and more - a second kitchen on the second floor!), and we made good use of the private lakeside and dock area and the canoes and kayaks. Bill was a great host - responded right away to any questions we had, and provided lots of information and recommendations about nearby wineries, breweries, outdoor activities and dining options. Would love to stay here again on a future trip to the Finger Lakes! .

Fantastic property. 6 adults and one 10 year old! Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens and living rooms. Loved the front porch. Beautiful very private beach front! Well equipped! The owner has thought of everything and he was an excellent communicator! Highly recommend! We had a fantastic time.

Family vacation, 6 adults and a 1 year old. Plenty of room for everyone. We used the first level kitchen, living room, and porch for dinner and gatherings. The second level kitchen and living room was convenient for my son, wife, and grandson. We trailered our 27 foot boat and put it in a slip 15 mins away at Seneca Lake resorts. A few times we tied it to the dock in front of the house but brought it back to Marina at night. The view of waterfall from lake was great and our adult children swam into area for better views and pictures. We enjoyed a few wineries ( Wagner on Friday night with live music was our favorite), Golf, Two Goats Brewery, Watkins Glen State Park, sunsets on our dock, campfires on the lake and homemade dinners in Bills well equipped kitchen. The road was safe for walks with my grandson and Lodi park was minutes away with playground. Bill texted a few times during our stay making sure everything was ok and offered suggestions of things to do in the area. We all enjoyed the week and would love to return. A great host, a great home in a great location!

Just returned from a lovely 5-night stay at this amazing property. This home could not be cleaner or better equipped and the location is perfect for checking out the east side of the Fingerlakes. Bill was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions I had as well as checked in with me via text throughout our stay to make sure all was well. Would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Seneca Lake home. The house was in a great location if you wanted to be close by some really great wineries and breweries. We enjoyed our morning views of the lake and the quiet and peaceful surroundings. The house had a well stocked kitchen for our family, but also plenty of space for privacy.

I will likely run out of space....We used this fantastic house as our base camp for a couples wine weekend getaway. Everything about this place was just perfect.
This house is really two complete units, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/Kitchen/Sitting room both downstairs and upstairs. We were a little surprise to find the upstairs unit accessible via another outside entrance/staircase, but that was just fine by us.
The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, wine glasses, etc., and was just gorgeous. The sitting room had a big TV with Roku, and an awesome CD collection with 5-disc changer right out of the 90's! The furniture was comfy, and it was easy to adjust temperatures. The internet connection/WiFi was blazing fast, >225 Mb/s!. That almost never happens at a vacation rental! We all slept great in the comfy beds, and never seemed to run out of hot water.
The waterfront area was also great. Had it not been raining more of our time, I'm sure we would have had a fire right by the water. The setting is perfect for it!
I am probably leaving out a lot. All I can say is we want to come back! The place was....PERFECT!

We loved our stay!! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable!! It is in a great location too. We were within easy reach of Ithaca and Cayuaga Lake, and of course Seneca Lake. We even squeezed in a trip to the Corning Museum. Our host was thorough and informative A high point for all was watching the sunset on the lakefront beach and morning tea on the porch. Can't wait to come back!!

The Lake House was absolutely lovely and exactly what we needed for a vacation for six of us. Having an upstairs and a downstairs living area was very convenient. We used the fire pit every night and were able to enjoy the quiet of the lake in the fall. The house is fully stocked, and Bill (the owner) is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is convenient for wine tasting, breweries, towns, and state parks in the area. We will definitely be visiting again!

The location was great - perfect for local things to do, as well as day trips to Niagra Falls, Ithaca. Beautiful countryside, used the fire pit two nights. House is a little older than some our Group has stayed in, but worked well for the 4 couples. We are not familiar with Roku/streaming, so the 6 TV's were a challenge, but host was quick to respond (written details would help). All of the host's suggestions of things to do were good ones! Wellstocked kitchen.

We had a great stay making family memories. Great setup for cooking family meals, playing games, hanging out, and visiting parks and wineries. I think we spent at last an hour or 2 in the lake every day. Bill is an excellent host. Thank you!

This is our second time staying here, we love it!
We come with our grown up kids to have some family time & this is the perfect house for that!
We love the lake frontage where we spend a lot of time cooking camp style over a fire grill, paddling around the lake, and just relaxing by the water.
House was well equipped for all our stay-in meals (we do all lot of that) as well as lots of room for us to hang inside or on the front porch with plenty of personal space.

Great family vacation home
Our family (including 3 adult sons and girlfriends) absolutely loved our stay. Bill is an outstanding host, immediately getting back to us when contacted with questions and providing ideas for places to visit with detailed descriptions. The house was very welcoming, comfortable and clean. The beach area is gorgeous with incredible sunsets. There are kayaks, a boat, Adirondack chairs, a firepit, etc. at the beach. Grill, firepit and cornhole near the house. There is also a comfy porch with a wonderful lake view. The property is near the middle of the east side of the lake which is a perfect location for hiking, horseback riding, winery/brewery visits and dining. Our family plans on booking another stay in 2 years!

Beautiful Seneca Lake Home
Such a great location, home and host! We had 8 adults, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Each level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a kitchen and living area, which was great for privacy (although we spent most of our time downstairs together, on the front porch or sitting by the lake). Close to wineries, restaurants, groceries and fabulous hiking. Home was also the best stocked rental home we've stayed in and communication with host was wonderful too. Thanks, Bill, we appreciate all the little things! Definitely would love to stay here again!
