When we arrived, there was a half dead mouse in the kitchen. I removed it, but it was uncomfortable for a couple of the women who were on the trip.

We stayed at Plum Point Villa this weekend. The hosts were great and very responsive to messages. They go above and beyond to welcome their guests. The house has beautiful views. And the house overall is very nice, clean, and tidy! We felt right at home! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and hope to make it back again soon!

Property had beautiful lake view and great lake side firepit seating; firewood supplied by owner. My group of 6 adults and 2 teenagers was comfortable. There were enough beds, ample linens and towels for all.
Carpet in some rooms is a bit dusty so those of us with allergies had issues. We were mostly outside so only very minor concern.

We have stayed at multiple properties - and they all include nothing! North Plum included EVERYTHING!
Every time we said we need something - we opened a cabinet door and it was there! Salt, towels, firewood, extra TP, coffee. It is so nice to enjoy a vacation at the lake and have all the amenities of home!
The communication with the owners was perfect - they included a note book that answered all the questions we had!
We would definitely stay there again. It is half way between Geneva (to the north) and Watkins Glen (to the south) with plenty of wineries and breweries in both directions!

If your looking for a relaxing vacation in the Fingerlakes this vrbo is the place for you. Right on the Seneca lake, walking distance to two delicious restaurants and beautiful neighborhood. Couldn’t recommend staying at this location more. Had an amazing girls weekend away!

We were all very pleased with our stay at Plum Point Villa. It was perfect for our group which was 5 adults and 2 children. It was spotlessly clean, and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The host, Melanie, was awesome. Any time I had a question, before and during our stay, she responded right away! You won't be disappointed at this great vacation spot! We hope to go back again! Thank you Melanie and Jared!

We rented the house for a girls weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property is even more beautiful in person. So many outdoor areas to relax - large backyard and patio area, front deck overlooking the lake, and our favorite place, the dock area with fire pit. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need in your own home. The owners, Jared and Melanie, were responsive when we had questions beforehand and we really appreciated the welcome gifts and snacks. The location is close enough to the hustle and bustle of Watkins Glen and the larger wineries, but we really loved the Prejean Winery only a few miles up the road. I’ve already raved about the place to all of my friends and family who saw our pictures. I hope we can return and rent the home again someday.

Perfect place to gather. Accommodations were just as promised. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the view, dock, fire pit & location. We recommend & would return! There is a steep driveway, steps & walking involved. So happy knees & feet a plus. There is one bedroom on the first floor and a full bathroom not requiring inside steps. Enjoyed our getaway! Seneca Lake & all its beauty a gift & blessing to behold.

House was very clean and in excellent shape. Plenty of room. The views were fantastic. Didn’t get to take full advantage of the deck due to the awful weather. There were many little extra touches that made it so comfortable to stay there. Well appointed kitchen. Owners were great to communicate with. We have stayed many places in the FLX and this is one of the best. Thank you!

We were 2 couples out for a relaxing getaway and to experience the wine trail around Seneca lake and we were no disappointed. The house was as described and fit our needs perfectly. The description of the driveway parking is not exaggerated...it's a little hairy backing down. Owners were easy to work with and left a nice bottle of Riesling for our enjoyment...nice touch. Thanks for opening your home for us to enjoy.

Perfect location and fantastic views!! Everything was fully stocked which we appreciated. We had a question about something and the owners responded right away. Only complaints were the steep driveway was really hard to back out of, it smelled musty at times and furniture was very out dated. Drawers in bedrooms were also difficult to open and close. Overall, we had a beautiful week. Thanks!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house met the needs of all 6 ladies and had an amazing view. We loved sitting on the deck at night or down by the water while enjoying each other’s company. We would definitely rent again!!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for the 8 of us. The view and location couldn’t be beat and the owners were attentive and friendly. We ran out of propane in the middle of grilling and they brought a new tank right over! We will definitely return.

Wine Trip
Location was great and offered easy access to many of the wine destinations in the area. The view of Seneca Lake from the property was spectacular. The house was very clean and had everything advertised and needed. We only stayed a few days and were quite busy, but, looking back, we wished we had more time to spend at the house enjoying all it had to offer. And neighborhood was very friendly.

We had a wonderful girls weekend! The property is fantastic with an amazing view in three directions of the lake. There is a fire pit right by the lake to enjoy the evenings with firewood. There is a great deck to eat on and relax while looking at the water. The house was very clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location is great, near wineries and restaurants on both Seneca and Keuka Lake. The only thing to note is that there is loud music at the venue across the street on the weekends during the summer so if you had kids or if you go to bed early using a sound machine or a white noise app on your phone is a good idea.
