Had a great week staying at 3 Quail. House was perfect for our family group and it was the closest we’ve ever stayed to the beach, which was awesome. Our one maintenance item during the week was addressed quickly and that was much appreciated. Thank you Abraham for a wonderful week!

We were a family of eight adults and one young child and the 3 Quail St. house was ideal for us. It really is a very short walk to the beach, and the pool was a real lifesaver during the heatwave when we wanted to keep cool. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and even a canopy for our use. Coligny Plaza (including a grocery store) is just a minute's drive down the road, yet the house is far enough away that there weren't crowds at the beach and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large dining table was great for when we ate at home. One thing to be aware of is that the living room is slightly sunken, so there is a ~3" inch step down outside several of the bedrooms. This isn't a big deal, but is something that those with mobility issues need to be aware of, as it's easy to forget that there is a step there. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the large smart TVs were appreciated by those who didn't use the beach so much. The host was very responsive when we had questions, and check-in/check-out were very easy. We highly recommend this house and would happily stay there again.

We've stayed in nearly a dozen beach homes on HHI and this is one of our favorites. House is clean and modern. Kitchen is fantastic for home-cooked meals with new appliances. Pool was terrific with both screened in porch and pergola. Home owner provided very thorough information and was accessible if needed. With short walk to beach this house met all of our needs.

Our family had an amazing, wonderful time at this beautiful home! Everything was perfect! The home was very clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed! The pool was amazing and the grandkids had an awesome time swimming everyday! The walk to the beach every day was quick and pleasant! We appreciated very much that they had beach chairs, toys, and carts to easily take to the beach! We also enjoyed the outside patio in the evenings with the lights and ceiling fan! The screen in porch was wonderful for morning coffee and for family bible studies and the grandkids enjoyed eating lunch there too! Abraham was wonderful to work with! Very helpful, informative and pleasant to work with! I can’t say enough of how wonderful of a home this was to stay at and so close to the beach! Thank you so much for opening your home to our family!!

From the moment we got to the house and walked in, it was very welcoming as it is tastefully decorated and clean. The bed and pillows were better than mine at home as I had no trouble sleeping. We did opt to heat the pool and it was very refreshing after coming back from a bike ride. The owner's communication with us was very informative and any time I had a question, he responded in a timely manner. I would definitely stay there again!

Great setting just a few houses up from the beach, super comfy for a family (all three adult bedrooms have their own bathrooms), loved the hot tub for the winter. Host was super flexible with our request for a late checkout and all communication. Would love to stay here again!

Let me start with the fact that the photos do not do this property justice. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. We cooked in for several meals and there was not anything we needed that was not there. The pool and deck area are great. We spent almost all of our time outside or on the screened in porch. The beach really is just steps away from the house. The property owner is very attentive to this property and all the amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Spacious and comfy
My husband and I + our 2 adult kids had a wonderful vacation here. Plenty of space for everyone, easy walk to the beach, fully equipped kitchen + outdoor grill - everything was very clean and modern. Abraham sent very detailed information about the house ahead of time and was very helpful when we had questions.

Great property, beautiful and well maintained. Great for multiple families. The house and all amenities in the kitchen were clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances. The proximity to the beach was perfect, one could easily walk back to the house if needed. The pool was perfect for families with kids.

Fantastic house. Exactly as advertised. Owner was extremely responsive on a couple questions. Great location. Close enough to everything we like yet far enough from the crowds. Already booked again for next year!

Abraham has provided everything you could possibly need for cooking for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to gather in the kitchen & dining room. We had small children & put the small table, new bunks & high chair to good use. The new deck area was great. It was all I hoped it would be!

Removing that from the equation this property is absolutely packed with everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach. Bicycles, Umbrellas, chairs, carts, floats, video games, movies, books, heated pool avaliable, wonderful entertainment system, loads of space in the home and outside the home, mere minutes walk from the beach. My family and myself had a wonderful time during our stay.

We really enjoyed our visit. The house, the location, and the rental process were all excellent. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive. Love this house! It was clean and great size for 3 different families. The pool area needs some work but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the area. Really close to the beach.

Great House close to beach
We loved staying here. The house was clean, each bedroom had a bathroom and it was steps from the beach. My only complaint is there was no blender for our mixed drinks. It gave me the opportunity to convince my husband to buy us a new one though 😉. I also wish the house had a keypad entry instead of the keys which were difficult to get in and out of the lock box. One important note is that the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! We slept well every single night which I think is the most important thing for me on my vacation!

We had a brief problem with the air conditioner, which the owner jumped on and got a repairmen out the same day to fix. Huge TV with all the cable and apps we needed, and great communication with owner throughout. Great location close to the beach. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you for making our vacation great.

Property was perfect for three families, two with kids 7 and under. We had a wonderful time! Our first property with a private pool, and I don’t think we’re ever going back. Everything was clean and organized, and Abraham made check in as easy as possible. We loved our stay!
