Abbiamo posseduto la proprietà per oltre 25 anni e assolutamente adoro venire qui più volte all'anno.
Noi abbiamo l'unica con 4 camere, 3 condominio bagno completo a Terrasol Beach Resort. Il condominio è completamente ristrutturato e dispone di 2 grandi master suite con terrazza, una camera con 2 letti singoli e una perfetta camera a castello 4 letti per i bambini. Ciascuno dei 3 bagni è completamente attrezzato e dispone di ripiani in granito e doccia / vasca piastrellata. L'ampia sala spaziosa ti permette di ricordare i giorni di avventure mentre non ti senti affollato. Entrambe le terrazze si affacciano sulla piscina principale con il suo bar-ristorante palapa e il suo panorama mozzafiato sull'oceano. Guarda sia l'alba che il tramonto sull'oceano. Sedersi e rilassarsi mentre si guarda le balene, razze, barche da pesca e navi da crociera passano. Il nostro condominio è assolutamente perfetto per una grande famiglia o le famiglie più per fare ricordi di una vita.
Terrasol è una gated comunità spiaggia 24 ore \ custodito che offrono un ambiente tranquillo e sereno per consentire di rilassarsi e godere il vostro soggiorno. Tutti i condomini in Terrasol sono di proprietà privata e la maggior parte non sono affittati, quindi non è mai affollata o rumorosa come altri villaggi. The view shown on VRBO is accurate. 3 couples stayed 1/27-2/3/24 and had our expectations exceeded. Overlooks pool, beach, and the Pacific. The unit is very comfortable and outfitted with all items needed for a wonderful stay. Terrasol is THE best location in Cabo. Can walk to marina in less than 10 minutes, making it close to all the wonderful restaurants and nightlife Cabo has to offer. Laurie was very responsive and made great recommendations for both excursions and restaurants. Terrasol is relaxing beyond belief-very quiet and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We will be back!

I arrived with 3 adult children and their spouses and 4 grandkids. We had an amazing week's vacation for my 70th birthday. the condo was a perfect place for us all to be together. Being close to Lands End on the Pacific side, it actually was good that the beach was not for swimming since it kept the kids safe. The pools were fantastic and the Palapa Bar served great food and drink - margaritas not to be missed! - we had many meals there, never leaving the property. So so easy to call an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go, including shopping trips to Walmart for food and necessities - quite easy. Highly recommended. Condo staff were very helpful - we hired a taxi for the whole family to take us up to San Jose del Cabo one day - went to other beaches and the treat of meal at Flora Farms. BTW a great dive shop just down the road: MantaScuba - several of us were able to do a day trip to LaPaz to snorkel with whale sharks and sea lions. Thank you!

This property is the perfect location if you're looking for beach, sunset/sunrise, and peaceful venues! The home offers space for large groups to have some privacy. 2 balconies with a view over the pool to the beach and ocean is beautiful! Easy walk to the Marina area. If you want to experience the Cabo life, it's just a 10 minute walk away.
Overall, we enjoyed the experience as a true flavor of Cabo. We even caught a nice tuna and marlin with Mario in the marina! Small boat for 4 and great captain!

The condo was great! Could use one less bunk for a full bed. Place was clean! Water pressure in the master wasn’t good. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedding and bed are great. View was stunning from the back porch.
Now the stuff that needs changing! Customers advise. The restaurant is understaffed and they don’t pay any attention to the customers because they work their tails off. It’s to small and if your not at breakfast by 8:30am your going to wait and I mean wait. Then they close at 5pm. Ridiculous! The staff even told us they need help and two shifts. Was really disappointed! The beach is amazing. But don’t plan on swimming. It’s not a swimming beach!
All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Location was great.

This was a beautiful condo in Cabo with four bedrooms and 3 baths. It had two balconies off the master suites and a third balcony off the main living area. The kitchen was nice and everything listed was supplied.
The bathrooms were warm as they don’t have great ventilation but the rest of the condo was cool. We had issues with two bedroom units but the owner completely took care of them quickly.
We loved the pool and Roger! The swim up bar was amazing and we ended up eating at the restaurant most days breakfast and lunch.
There is no swimming at our beach but another beach was close by. We did walk on our beach and get some amazing photos!
We would love to stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic. The view and location are unbeatable... We did have an issue with the A/C upon arriving but the property manager was able to address the issue in a timely manner. Would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Cabo.

The hostess Amanda was so great to deal with. It was my husband and my first time to Cabo and we enjoyed our stay so much. Amanda helped us with check in and check out. She was very accommodating. It was my 60th birthday that I will never forget. My whole family got to join us and we made lots of memories together. Love how close this is to everything. It is very quiet and was very clean.
We definitely will be back!

Property was accurate to photos in listing. Clean and had everything we needed. The beach is private, so no one is trying to sell you anything. The pool bar had great drinks and food at very reasonable prices. The patio was amazing. We spent alot of time out there. We would definitely recommend and will stay here again on our next trip to San Lucas

This is a great and unusually large (4 bedrooms) place in Terrasol. If you aren’t familiar with Terrasol, it is a quaint, low key condo building and some owners rent out. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, it is probably more of a 3 star, but the location is great, the food is wonderful and we like the staff. I gave 5 stars because it had 4 bedrooms, very comfy beds, nice quality linens, plenty of pool towels and toys for a big family, and all things were working (A/C, fridge, etc.) Often at Terrasol there are issues. We had one issue where there were bugs in the bathroom so we avoided that bathroom and notified the owner, who said she would take care of it and also gave us a credit. A few minor improvements would be closing up/sealing the places where bugs can get in - there are some big holes under the bathroom counter and behind the toilet paper holder. The master bathroom toilet also runs, but you can’t hear it if you keep the door shut. And two of the screen doors were ripped/needing replacing.
This unit is very easy to access from main pool and has nice ocean views, however, usually we hear a lot of waves and on this visit we heard more loud neighbors watching movies or sitting outside. It felt a bit like a fishbowl where many units were close and faced us.
There was plenty of condiments, pots and pans and glassware (though they could use more wine glasses - there was only one functional). The laundry was convenient. We would return.

We spent vacation in the property for one week. It was beautiful! Ocean Front, cool breeze and sweet views. Family friendly, nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend staying in this rental!!!

We loved seeing the ocean from our balcony, and also being close to all the shops and restaurants at the Marina. We particularily enjoyed the poolside bar and cafe, which had very reasonable and delicious food and drinks and wonderful service by Cesar and Dora.

Terrasol is the best location in Cabo! The staff are friendly, the views are unmatched, and the palapa pool bar serves up a mean margarita. We’ve stayed at other units in this resort, and this one got the job done. The unit is accurately depicted in the photos. It comfortably fit a group of six adults with room for more.

We had a wonderfull stay at Terrasol. Rental was exactly as described and a perfect place for our family. Ten minute walk from the marina and swimming on a public beach just around the corner. Saw whales every day right in front of the resort and could watch them from the balcony. Resort and staff were great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Views were beautiful, we saw a baby turtle make its way to the ocean, a whale and sea lions from the balcony. The staff and grounds of Terrasol were phenomenal. The main reason for the 3 stars is because the swim up pool was not available for almost the entire duration of our stay. That was a big reason for us staying here and we only got to use it once. It was closed for maintenance. Something that is not within the owner's control so I would still highly suggest staying here! There are also daily fees with the resort per person per day that we were not aware of until shortly before our trip. We wish it had it listed in the original reservation so we could budget appropriately. While they weren't incredibly high fees per person, for a large family (like we have), daily fees add up quickly and would have liked to budget that in when we originally reserved the place. There was also no water at periods of time, which again, is not in control of the owner. We would absolutely stay here again!

Kitchen pans weren’t very good. Kitchen was grimy. Not a big deal if you don’t cook but we were a family of 10 so I wished the kitchen was better . Refrigerator was nice and new. Unit really was a hodgepodge of old and new. Some of the bedding was questionable, The linens were old. Pillows were stained. We made do. . Also please note that the bedroom with the bunk beds has an exterior door. So be careful with young kids opening it and exiting. The pool was awesome and the view was beautiful. Would I stay here again? No. At that price point, I didn’t expect to have paint peeling from cabinets, a broken screen door, grime on light fixtures, master bathroom sink missing stopper and dirty bath mats (in addition to the aforementioned items). Location was good though. Uber was easy to use. Owner did give us a small credit at the restaurant for our inconvenience.

Plenty of room for our group of 9. We loved the location close to the marina but, we really enjoyed the calm quiet atmosphere at the Terrasol. It gave us the relaxation we all were looking for in our vacation! The property management staff were very and nice and helpful too. Would definitely stay here again.

Amanda (owner) and Enrique (property manager) were both friendly, responsive and helpful. Pool bar food and drinks were good and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.
