Everything was amazing. Katie’s place is beautiful and has everything you need . A lot of towels, AC, hot water, tv . And the location is great! I hope to come back , I loved Cabo!

The rooms were a little dated, but for the price and location you cannot beat it. Recommend this properly will be back.

This is our sixth biennial spring break with three dads and eight kids. We loved the central location, close to the marina and all of the restaurants. Will definitely be back.

The condo location was great however, it was not clean or maintained. We did not get a response from the owner when we sent inquiries. We cleaned glass off the kitchen floor, the floors in both condos were dirty, there was garbage left on one of the nightstands, dirty underwear in another bedroom, the showerheads in a couple of the bathrooms are rusted out and need to be replaced and broken kitchen tiles that would be a danger to anyone who stepped on them.
