The Pearl 802 was a great place, our family fit perfectly. The beach was awesome, had to be out early to reserve a good spot. Building as a whole was clean and well maintained. Several restaurants within walking distance that had great food.

We had the best time everything was super nice. The condo was the perfect size for a family of six. The kids love the pool perfect access to the beach. The room had everything we needed the fan in the big bedroom needed to be changed because it made a funny noise when you turned it on high And maybe the TVs could be updated but other than that everything was perfect. It was spacious check-in was simple and easy and we will definitely stay at this unit again we loved it.

Pros: The condo was clean and great location with a great view. Cons: beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, especially the brand new king in the master. The full size bunks were ok. The noise heard inside the condo from the surrounding condos was extremely loud day and night. Not well insulated walls for sound / noise transfer. Wash towels each night because the washer is quite small. Kitchen was well stocked except for pot lids: only 2 for smaller pots. I don’t often leave negative comments / reviews but between the lack of sleep due to the mattresses and the noise levels was extremely disappointing. I have stayed in many condos over the last 20 years or so but none that were this loud and uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay here at Navarre. Great location right on the beach with a nice pool and hot tub. Building was well kept and clean. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Only major complaint was that the carpet must have been cleaned immediately before check-in as the floor in the entire condo was soaking wet when we arrived. Thankfully it had dried out by the next morning once we turned on air and fans.

2nd coldest Xmas since 1983. We loved the condo. Once it warmed up we were able to keep the patio door open to enjoy the sounds of the waves and the view. Both were amazing. With the full kitchen we cooked 80 percent of our food on our 10 day stay. Highly recommend 👌

very good experienceonly negative was that there was not any linen for the pull out couch and the mattress cover wasn't clean and the overhead fan in the front bedroom wasn't working. However, the rest of the condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the spectacular view. It is a great beach rental.

We were thrilled with The Pearl 804! The layout was wonderful, the view spectacular and the cleanliness was outstanding. Tha shower in master bath had no stool, but we managed. We could not reach the shower head to adjust the setting so if one isn’t 6 feet, that was a situation.

This was our fifth time coming back to this unit. We always have a great time. Everything was excellent. We usually book our next vacation when we are leaving but we were shocked at how much the price went up for next year. Looks like we will be looking elsewhere for next year.

We loved our time in Navarre Fl. staying in unit #802, for Jan., Feb. and part of March.The property management for this unit at the Pearl is Paradise Beach Homes, and Melissa, Sharon and David, were excellent to work with! So welcoming, friendly, and available! Also quick to respond to any question or concern we had!We were very comfortable with the beds and furniture, which also includes recliners!We really enjoyed the pools, hot tub and exercise room, which we used frequently!Highly recommend this unit and rental agency!From the amazing views of the sunrise to sunsets, the crystal white sand beaches and turquoise waters, this is a nature lovers dream! Can't wait to come back next year!

This was a beautiful condo that had adjoining door to 801. Our family rented both which worked out great ! The couch in 801 is showing some wear but everything else was amazing. The view from balcony was awesome!
