We had a wonderful trip. The condo was everything we hoped it would be.

The room was clean and the heated pool and hot tub were excellent. The beach was just steps away and was not crowded. One thing to keep in mind - Absolutely no beach items/seasonings were provided. So note that you will need to bring any beach toys and beach towels that you would want for the beach as well as any salt/pepper/oil or other cooking necessities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pro- Overall the unit and stay was fantastic. The location, other guests and employees where great. Love going to Florida and the property management group is amazing to work with. Couple of areas of improvement but is more about maintenance/ upkeep of the unit itself. About half of the wood blinds either did not work at all or you had to "finesse" them to get them to work. The dimming knob in the kitchen for the lights was no attached so it kept falling off, we would just stick it back on the post. There is a very small leak under the kitchen sink when using the garbage disposal. Found this issue when I was doing the dishes and my sock started getting wet. After looking at it you can tell it has been that way for a while now. Lastly some of the dishes were covered in dust/ fuzz. Looked to me as if those dishes were never really used and just sat there collecting dust and fuzz. These are minor things that just kinda threw us off through the stay. We definitely will return and use the same property management group as we have used them the past few years and love the way they handle business.

Condo was comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with necessities for cooking in. Plenty of room for our family.
