Location was great and easy to get to where you wanted. Very nice lounge area and the room was perfect. Bathrooms have lots of room when many don't in Japan. 2 person shower and everything well kept. Hot pools are very nice.

Brillant access to public transport, good central location, quiet and comfortable
Not much to add bar the drinks token is only for a limited selection, cannot be used on standard bar drinks

I like that the place was close to the train station. There's also a really nice bakery right next to the hotel. Our room was clean, and check in and check out was smooth. They also have luggage forwarding, which was super helpful!
To be honest, everything was good. However the location was a bit out of the way to all the places we wanted to visit. This just meant that it took us a while to get to places (and to get home). But the hotel is in a safe, quiet location, which I liked, so I don't mind the extra travel time.

Great bathroom, close to metro and train lines and close to Osaka castle. Some staff members were incredibly helpful and nice.
The breakfast is a bit boring and not many thing to choose from, not many authentic japanese food. Some of the staff members were hard to understand because of their english.
