The location was close to popular areas and transport hubs, but far enough away to be chill and quiet. The best of both worlds. The rooftop onsen was great.
Nothing really. Pillow could have been better, but I didn’t request another type. They most likely would have found something more comfortable if I asked, but I didn’t.

The staff was able to answer my questions and we're always available.
the bed was a little uncomfortable.

The location was perfect.
The room was very noisy. The window could not block the road noise. The bathroom ventilation system seems to be missing. Probably, because of that, the room was quite hot. The AC's power was not strong enough.
