Overall, you get what you have booked for. Value for money, stay was great considering its location to Dumaguete center
Please provide customer service training to your staff. She was very rude at the onset. When we were asking for directions, we had a hard time, yet instead of making it simple, she wasn’t helpful at all.

The Price is Good for the value
Parking we are trapped with other guest need to request them that we need to go out

The place is great for its value. The bed is comfy and clean plus the room can occupy up to 4 people. The place has utensils available as well that is ready to use.
The staff are not attentive and they don't even respond to your message as we were inquiring about there available food as the place is not accessible to any food stores. We had no choice but to order grab every meal. I hope they add more food menus like silogs as these meals are easy to make and can satisfy customers.
