Easy access via key box. Away from the main road, so quiet and I had no noisy neighbours. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Good stay for a single person, short stay. Very competitive rates. Good value for sure.
A very noisy fridge, probably as it had no door on the ice-box. I couldn't turn the ceiling fan in the main room off, or I would lose the light, too. Easy fixes!

My partner and I liked the condo and it's cleanliness. The owner was very accommodating to a request with swift replies and communication. A hose started leaking, however this was replaced very quickly. With minimal delay. The Marina complex was clean with very friendly guards. I'd stay there again. Very enjoyable stay. I would like to personally express my thanks to the owner for accommodating our initial request.
If the owner, owns another condo, For my next visit and stay I'd like the windows to face the courtyard and let in a bit more light. I would definitely book again.

The Host is FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL
First of all I would like to say thank you very much to the HOST , one thing I was really disappointed.. the entire building experience Blackout twice in the middle of night around 1:45am -+ and the AC is not working at all, no standby Generator so the unit has no Aircondationing and it was a straggle .. you can hardly breath at all .. [Please Upgrade the Aircondationing System in the unit/property].
