Awesome property in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to dining and shopping. Incredibly clean and unique place to stay. The pool and spa were delightful. The decor was cool, the home was spacious and well-equipped. The owner and property manager were very responsive. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation in Palm Springs.

It was clean, spacious in a fabulous location! Great walking neighborhood and a short drive to shops, delicious food. An excellent home for a relaxing day by the pool and jacuzzi too!
Easy to access and the property manager was very attentive and a pleasure!

Great house, property, outdoor space, etc.. all the tiki touches were great. Would 100% stay here again. My only nit pick was the amount of “warning” labels to not make any noise all over the house. I get it, but it’s in your face at all times and a little off putting. Other than that, the place was awesome.

We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving. We had so much fun! We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the patio. The patio was our favorite part. It was laced out so nicely, like an outdoor family room. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked with equipment. Everything was super clean and we loved having 3 full baths. The master in particular was very nice for my parents who had their own space. We live the LA and my parents live in a flight pattern so the airplanes didn’t really bug us all too much. There’s also a noise ordinance so they never took off too early or late if you are concerned about that.

This place is a Palm Springs dream. Everything is so well thought out and inviting. It was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday with my family. I can’t wait to come back!

The property is even nicer than advertised. We did a girls weekend here and the pool was amazing, the outdoor socializing space was great and the beds were comfy! Highly recommend!

House was stylishly furnished and decor. Didn’t even get to try the “tiki bar”.

Only reason I gave the cleanliness 4 stars is because they ask you to not throw condiments out of the fridge and there were a few items that were expired. Kind of weirded us out a little. Otherwise I wish we got to spend more time at this property - we loved it!

Only reason I gave the cleanliness 4 stars is because they ask you to not throw condiments out of the fridge and there were a few items that were expired. Kind of weirded us out a little. Otherwise I wish we got to spend more time at this property - we loved it!

great spot for a family or friends getaway
great location near to Palm Springs downtown, to airport (some noise from planes but not a showstopper by any means) and to various hiking trials but not so good if you want to play serious golf since they are located pretty far away in La Quinta. House itself is wonderful with a nicely landscaped back garden. kitchen is very well equipped and the house is generally very clean and well maintained. i think the house is best suited to a family or 2 couples since there are only 2 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms. we were very happy here and can recommend without hesitation...

Great Place!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house and in Palm Springs. Having never been to PS we didn't know what to expect, but we liked it so much that we're already making plans for next year. The location was great, the yard was very private, everything was very clean and the owners and property manager were very pleasant to work with.

Loved it!
The outdoor space is amazing... gazing at the mountains from the hot tub, floating contentedly in the pool in January... enough said. The house had everything we could have wanted, and we loved the location.

Beautiful Pool and spa area, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and living area, responsive hosts, nice neighborhood, and we loved the fireplace in December! No complaints.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and yet it is still close to downtown Palm Springs. It is a great location. The kitchen is well stocked, and the house has a lot of extras--games, DVD's, pool floats, etc. Overall it is a very comfortable place to stay when you want to enjoy Palm Springs. My only suggestion would be the addition of another couch in the living room.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and yet it is still close to downtown Palm Springs. It is a great location. The kitchen is well stocked, and the house has a lot of extras--games, DVD's, pool floats, etc. Overall it is a very comfortable place to stay when you want to enjoy Palm Springs. Having stayed in Palm Desert/La Quinta frequently for the last 15 years or so, I was unfamiliar with the Palm Springs neighborhood this rental was in. What a treat to have everything so close by! 7 minutes from the airport. 15 mins to the tram. 8 minutes to grocery shopping. 6 minutes to downtown Palm Springs (where delicious coffee and dinners await). We walked and biked and enjoyed peeking at the neighborhood houses being renovated.
The house and yard/pool area was extremely spacious and clean. The owners supplied little things that were greatly appreciated like laundry pods, tape, condiments (I made sure to replace what was used up!), crayons for kids, even a crock pot and grilling items for parties. It was extremely well equipped in each corner we looked.
The beds and linens were comfortable and each bedroom had TVs and fans and stayed cool when it was over 118 degrees some afternoons.
The primary bedrooms bed was a little squeaky- we were lucky this was our only complaint!
My twin toddlers were in the pool 3x a day and ask almost daily to go back to the "water house." One day we absolutely will!

LOVED the decor - everything takes you back to the 60’s - it made my sister and I laugh and remember the good ole days! It was exactly what we wanted- a place to lay by the pool and relax, swim when the mood strikes- right when you get up and before you go to bed! We would love to rent here again!

This property has a fun mid-century modern/tiki/Shag theme. The Pool and Hot tub are amazing! Backyard is very private and sunny all morning and afternoon but with plenty of shade if you prefer. The 3 bedrooms are perfect for 3 couples and the 4th bedroom works for a single adult (pull out futon) but not good for 2 adults (it's a bunk bed). 2 nice gas fireplaces (1 inside and 1 outside) added nice ambiance. Location is good for evening walks and just a quick drive to the airport or into town for meals or shopping. Only negative is the noise ordinance - per the City of Palm Springs - with no outdoor music allowed. We would've enjoyed some tunes by the pool - nothing crazy but even a little Sinatra during happy hour would've been ideal. But overall a great place to stay!
