City of Palm Springs ID #31
Step into Palm Springs living at its best! This freshly remodeled mid-century modern 4BR/3BA home is tucked away in the historic Movie Colony East neighborhood—where Sinatra, Bing Crosby, and Bob Hope once called home. Just a short stroll to the Uptown Design District (hello shopping, dining, and cocktails!) and minutes from downtown Palm Springs, you’re perfectly placed for both fun and relaxation.
Your Private Paradise
This 2,000 sq. ft. home sits on a large private lot, surrounded by hedges for total seclusion. Out back, you’ll find a resort-style pool and Jacuzzi spa with jaw-dropping San Jacinto Mountain views. Spend your days floating under the in-pool umbrella, practicing your putt on the 2-hole green, or grilling and dining al fresco. The oversized covered patio is everyone’s favorite hangout—complete with comfy couches, ceiling fans, a fireplace, and twinkle lighting for those perfect desert evenings.

This property was perfect for my weekend getaway. The host was courteous, friendly and very communicative. The home was clean, bright, and was fully stocked with everything you could need; including all the kitchen items for cooking, serving and drinks! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a classic Palm Springs Mid Century vibe with a fun touch of tiki decor.

An unusually spacious Palm Springs house for our family of four. This was undoubtedly the best-stocked home / kitchen we have ever experienced in more than a decade of renting Vrbos. It was also very thoughtfully laid out inside and out to maximise the Palm Springs weather and ensure everyone had their own space when needed. The tiki bar was perfect for windy evenings after enjoying warm sunsets by the pool. Communication with our host was easy and we had a fabulous time. We truly wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.
