Really convenient location! Super close to the gondola and just blocks to anywhere you would want to go in the town of Telluride. Property manager communication was excellent and very accommodating. Property is as described. Already planning to return to Telluride and this property.

Stayed here for Blues and Brews and it was a prime location. Simple condo, well stocked with everything we needed. Parking in the garage was very convenient.

Couldn’t have asked for a better host and accommodations were exactly what we expected. The location of the condo was perfect, centrally located and close to everything. Great value stay, highly recommend staying here.

Location was perfect. Live music across the street and the gondola 1 block away. Owner was very responsive to our questions and easy to reach. Highly recommend.

Great location! A short block to the Gondola in town and the 8 lift. A few blocks from main street, 3 minute walk. Apartment was comfortable. Has everything you could need in terms of kitchen items. Locker on main floor is great for leaving equipment in every night. Check in and out was very easy. Denise was quick to answer and accommodating.
Few cons: parking garage spot included which is great, the garage is very small and if you have a large car slightly difficult to park in if full. The back room, with 2 beds in it does not have heat vent in that room, so a little chillier at night. Front room heat blasts and is very hot. Temperature control slightly challenging. There was a smell of cigarettes' on some of the towels and sheets. This is by no fault of Denise, but something we did have to deal with, as it seems a prior guest may have been a smoker.
Overall if you want a quick, easy place to stay to go shredding every day, this is a great find.

Spiral Stairs was a great place to stay. Location is ideal. Although there's a garage, you certainly don't need a car. The host, Denise, was exceptionally communicative and respectful. The space is large for 3-4 people (can certainly fit more). Up close mountain views.

Very convenient location. 2 minute walk to the gondola. Right next door to several good bars and restaurants and short walk to everything else. Condo very comfortable and reasonably spacious. Only negative is some noise outside the master bedroom from some of the more enthusiastic patrons at the nearby bars late at night

Everything was just as described on the site, we enjoyed the condo very much, the location was absolutely perfect, and communication with the owner was great. It's a nice layout with the family room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.

The location cannot be beat for a place in the Town of Telluride - free gondola, chair lift, ticketing, two equipment rentals, restaurants, bars, liquor store, restaurants, library, grocery store, bakery, shipping/coping center and bud shop all within 100 yards. Denise was great. She communicated immediately.

This property was clean, comfortable, close to the gondola, and close to shops/restaurants. Denise was so easy to communicate with. Loved our stay!!!

The location was phenomenal; 1 block from the gondola, and only a couple blocks to Colorado Ave and all that it has to offer. The apartment was just as expected and the included parking space, and ski locker was super convenient. It was a great size for our family of four. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a convenient, reasonable and comfortable spot in Telluride.
Denise was also a great host. Very easy to get a hold of, and very responsive. She was also able to give us some great tips on our trip into town which came in really handy!
The only comment would be that you need quarters for the laundry…but that’s very minor in the grand scheme of things.

This property was so convenient and perfect for a trip in Telluride. Denise was accommodating and easy to communicate with. She made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend

The location of the condo is literally perfect. 1 block to the gondola, 3-4 blocks from lots of restaurants and shops. The check in process is simple, there is a ski locker for your gear, and reserved parking on site. Everything you need for a convenient stay.

Perfect set-up for skiing. 50 yards from gondola, restaurants and bars steps away, ski locker at ground level. Everything in the rental unit worked fine, beds comfy, and everything was as advertised. Host Denise answered questions in minutes. We would stay again.

The apartment was small but both bedrooms were comfortable and so is the living room. The location was absolutely the best in town. I would 100% stay there again based on the location. Everybody was very supportive and we could not have asked for anything more.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, great location to Town Park, the gondola and a few of our favorite local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The location could not be any better, Denise was very responsive, and the place was exactly what we needed. I stayed here with my son and my husband for 7 weeks and we can’t wait to come back :)
