Perfectly located and comfortable, this two bedroom, two bath condominium is in the heart of everything,, within walking distance to the gondola,station in the town of Telluride, 4 blocks to the Town Park and Music festival grounds and right next to the river trail.
It features an equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom with a memory foam king bed, private second bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, and a memory foam queen sleeper in the living room. Great access to all of Telluride's attractions, and it's affordability make this a perfect choice.
Included in our competitive rate is a parking spot on ground level in the covered garage
Ski storage is in a locker on the ground floor.
It is one block from the gondola and 2 blocks from main street. You won't find a better value with this location. No car needed. Spectacular views of mountains and ski gondola.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Please note that we must collect and remit Town of Telluride Lodging (sales/excise/affordable housing) taxes and fees.
This is included in our nightly fee. Separately, HomeAway/VRBO collects State of Colorado and San Miguel County lodging taxes.

Incredible location! Overall very clean, and kitchen was well stocked which was helpful as we cooked often. Cozy living room to hang out in. Beds were super comfortable. Appreciated having the ability to change the temperature in different sections of the condo. Mostly, Denise was one of the most communicative and accommodating hosts I've ever come across! We would absolutely love to return to her place again the next time we are in town- we have been coming to Telluride for years and it was definitely one of our favorites.

The location of our stay was incredible! We loved the condo and kitchen was fully loaded so we felt right at home. I hope to stay at the condo next year!

Drove from Denver. Communicated with property manager as to our timing. We were told the place would be ready by 4:45/5PM. Arrived about 4:40, were told to go check out the place because she wasn't sure if it was finished being cleaned. Place was not at all cleaned and no one there working. Place ended up not being ready until 6:45PM. Was promised a partial refund, but despite several attempts with the property manager, never received a refund.
