The condo was great. Elevator was perfect for luggage, groceries, and my aunt who couldn’t do the stairs all the time. Garage had chairs, umbrella and things for the beach. Beach is right across the street and not a congested area. Only issue we had was with the dryer on the last day and it wouldn’t dry the towels. Turned it three times to dry but towels were still wet. Reported to the property manager. Also, looks like the door code does not change between guests. I would recommend and feel safer if the code for the door be changed between guests. If someone who has stayed there in the past remembers the code they can get in.

We honestly chose this rental largely due to price. We usually rent a house but found most houses out of our price range. We were NOT disappointed with this rental! The location was excellent! Easy walk to the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. The property was as described. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The balconies were great for morning coffee. We had an issue with the washer & dryer that was resolved instantly over the phone with simple instructions from the owner. The elevator in the unit was so helpful with bringing up luggage and groceries. We brought our own beach chairs & towels but didn’t need to. There were plenty of both provided. We had the most amazing week on AMI and hope to return next year. Would absolutely rent this unit again!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The location was perfect for us with the beach right across the street. All the supplies we needed were available during our stay, kitchen items, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The local trolley was great for getting around town, to other beaches or to the grocery store. Overall we were very pleased with the condo!

Plenty of towels,but old and dingy. We found water and wet cloths in washer when we arrived. Dryer takes forever to dry towels. Kitchen & pantry was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. Very helpful to have elevator to get our luggage up to bedroom. We would go back again.

Our actual property that we were suppose to rent the A/C was out. Then the back up unit’s A/C went out. They fixed it while we were out and about during the day and was back cool by the time we got back to the condo. Everything was clean and the view was nice. Would stay again.

Location is ideal with a pool in the complex & the beach across the street. The unit had ample beach chairs, 2 or 3 beach umbrellas, & plenty of beach towels if you don’t want to bring your own. The kitchen was well-equipped, unlike other places I’ve rented. If any urgent issues arise with the unit during your stay, the property manager is easy to reach.

The house met all our needs for the week. It was a short walk across the street to the beach . There are beach chairs and equipment available for use . The kitchen had everything we needed . We would stay again great location short walk to bars and restaurants and gift shop .

Property was clean and only a short walk across the street to the beach! The hot tub definitely needed to be cleaned/treated but as soon as I contacted the property manager, someone was out within 24 hours. Would stay here again.

Rick (owner) was very helpful and extremely accommodating! The condo was even more than we had hoped for. The garage and elevator came in handy. The condo was full of beach chairs and toys. The kitchen was fully stocked. Other guests left non-perishable items so we did the same. The master bed was phenomenal. We own a king Sterns and Foster and this bed was just as comfortable. It rained the entire week so we spent much of our time inside and enjoyed it immensely. It felt like home. Would love to come back.

Your condo was amazing more than we imagined it would be , we hope to return next year and use your place again. Is it possible to have a 7th person added for next year. They would sleep on the large sofa. Your location was perfect for our needs.

We had a wonderful time. The elevator was a great convenience although the 3rd bedroom was extremely small, no closet. The location was really good, beach was a short walk across the street and shopping and dining were also within walking distance. It was a nice place.

Would give this a 3.5 if possible. Trying to decide whether to give a 3 or a 4 I did a lot of soul searching. Wanted to be fair to the owner but also to those who are considering renting. First, location. It is less than 100 yards to the beach or to the intracoastal (via a boardwalk from the parking lot). It is only 1/2 mile walk to "town" where there are some shops and restaurants. Definitely walkable and with the lack of parking spots that is a good thing. The place is well stocked although someone should go through and throw out some discolored towels and wash cloths. There are duplicates of some things. We used a hand can opener and struggled with it only to find another one in a different drawer another day. Plenty of beach towels on hand. Beds were comfy. There were 4 nice beach chairs in the garage along with some pool noodles and a boogey board. There was one beach umbrella and a canopy. The canopy was on its last legs however and we didn't bother with it after the 1st time. There were various other beach things in the garage that we didn't use. So why only 3.5 stars? The place is showing its age. Some of the cabinet facing is starting to peel off. Carpets were well worn with some staining. The refrigerator is on the small side. Mstr bath sink handle hard to operate. Although the place was relatively clean it wasn't clean by our standards. There is mold/mildew in the shower. There was sand on one of the sofa backs. Mentioned the dingy towels. The elevator worked but the light bulbs didn't. The elevator was handy for moving things up to the living level. Put a new light bulb in and discovered there is no way to turn it off. That explains why the bulbs were burned out. The washing machine wasn't working. A call to the manager got an appliance repair man got out there the next day. A day or 2 later the faucet handle for the master shower broke. Since that was on the 4th the manager couldn't get anyone out there until the next day. The manager was very responsive in responding to our issues so no complaints there. There was another shower available so not a huge deal but then 6 of us were using the one shower. The layout of the place is nice and the sofas have recliners built in. Unfortunately one of them doesn't lock in the down position and would sometimes pop up on its own. So, bottom line, would we go back there again? Maybe. Not the Ritz but not a dump. The location makes up for some of the issues we encountered.

Bermuda Bay was wonderful and the unit had everything you could possibly need. I will definitely be returning. We had an amazing time and the weather was perfect.

This location is a wonderful place to stay right across the street from the beach , condo was spacious for three couples and the kitchen was totally stocked with everything we needed. We had everything we needed for the beach towels, chairs and toys etc. all you need is bathing suits and a hat.we had a great time and hopefully we will return next year. Just a few steps out your door you are on the beautiful beaches of wht sand with Gulf of Mexico !! Was very refreshing as we left artic minus temp to get Ther!!! Life was GOOD 🌴�🍺�🍸�🎉�

I spend time annually on Anna Maria Island and highly recommend this home. First impressions are that is clean, bright and open. The unit is perfect for families of all generations as it has an elevator which gives easy access to all floors. Besides the tangibles, washer and dryer, flat screen televisions, wifi, parking for 2 cars, there are the multiple decks with priceless views of the sunsets each night. This home has easy access to the pool, hot tub and pier on the bay where you enjoy tranquility and see the gorgeous sunrises. Ideal location with beach just across the street. Water sport rental equipment available at this beach. Trolley stop is right there and will take you up and down the island to access grocery store and shops, various restaurants and quaint bridge street district. Loved that there was plenty of food containers when I chose to take my lunch to the beach! My only complaint is that I have to wait until March 2018 to return! Counting the weeks!

The view of the beach is beautiful as we sit back and relaxed on the spacious deck. Quick walk to the beach, back bay, or swimming pool. Located near stores for everything we forgot to pack. Numerous fast food or fine dining choices in the local area. The condo was clean upon our arrival all bedrooms and bathrooms looked well maintained. The elevator is a bonus and it saved me the chore of carrying luggage and groceries up a flight of steps. Flat screen tv, towels, kitchen accessories all included. Can't wait until our next trip back!!

We stayed at this property during spring break and were very pleased with the accommodations. The interior was very spacious and clean. The view was fantastic and the property offered everything we need for the beach, bay fishing and just overall family fun. The location was very convenient for groceries restaurants and the island trolley which allowed us to discover the island without driving and parking the car. The elevator was an added convienence for bringing up luggage and groceries Also loved the private garage and code access. No key required. The grounds were very nice and my 5 year old loved the pool and the bayside dock. We can not wait to come back. It was our first time in Bradenton and we will definitely be back soon

We stay here every other year. Just a beautiful place love the pool and beach. Nice affordable trolley makes everything easy. Clean and modern decoration great for kids and just adults. View from deck is unbelievable.
