Located in the heart of Bradenton Beach on the south end of Anna Maria Island. Free trolley rides all over the Island, hour from Busch Gardens, about two hours from Walt Disney World. Anna Maria Island one of most special places in Florida to get away, relax, have fun, watch spectacular Sunsets, miles of beach to explore, watch dolphins play in the bay, this is a place you will return to time and time again. Not a Pet friendly unit. Pricing is figured on 4 guests but can have up to 6 guests with slight up charge. All guests must honor terms and conditions.

Our grandkids really enjoyed the easy access to both the beach and the pool. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The property was also stocked with plenty of beach equipment, including a large canopy tent, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. Our contact was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions throughout our stay. The location was convenient to everything we needed, and we would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do justice to how well appointed and cared for this property is. Its location is ideal, on the skinny part of AMI with excellent views of sunrise and sunset. Beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. Plenty of towels, soap, starter supplies, kitchen well-stocked(with good pans as well :), and we loved all the extras like blankets, a puzzle, games and beach supplies. You are literally across the street from the beach. Other guests in neighboring townhouses were friendly and the elevator for luggage and groceries was a huge plus! Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Great location. Very close to the beach. The garage was a huge bonus. We were able to wash down our scuba gear and hang it to dry in the garage. Lots of stuff in the garage to take to the beach. Loved the wagon! Loved the elevator!! Very well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Three balconies. Beds were great. Full size washer and dryer. It was just a perfect place!
