Perfect location right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Accommodations were exactly as described. Throughly enjoyed our stay would stay there again.

Perfect space for what we needed especially with adult kids. There was ample space on rain day to separate a bit, Great location and wonderful views. The two balconies provided two entirely different views. We saw 🐬 dolphins from the Gulf balcony! Very exciting!
I do wish there was shampoo/conditioner like a hotel would have. The parking lot was a little weird but I worked through it and street pkg was good. Couches were a bit worn but fine…. To sleep on not so great according to 1 of our guests.
Italian restaurant closest to condo was great.
Over good experience. We needed more sunny warm days but that’s not on the condo!;-)

The property is in one of our favorite locations in the Indian rocks beach area. The unique nature of the house is you have a view of both the bay and the beach. There are many restaurants at a walkable distance and the traffic wasn’t bad too. We had a great time and my son had fun on the beach!

Not fancy, but very clean and no problems. We had bad weather but made the best of it. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided were nice though we didn’t get to use them. Restaurant reviews? Sure! Villa Gallace was fantastic! Salt Rock Grill, JD’s, and Cafe de Paris were all delicious.

We had a fabulous week in your beautiful condo. Only set backs were it wasn't as clean as it should have been. We went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean sliders and bathrooms. Also toliet in master is way too low to ground.

Nicely updated condo.
Peter was great to work with when unexpected beach restoration with heavy construction equipment closed the beach. He is very prompt and professional to deal with. We would stay again on future visit.

For a family of 6 this was perfect! Love IRB and the areas around it. Amazing stay on the beach with a wonderful pool. Well kept property and amazing host. Will be coming back soon!

The condo was wonderful..Master bedroom toilet REALLY needs to be upgraded and higher. Toilet was very low! The walk to beach was short however the step down needs attention. Either another step added or sand brought in. We had to divert our path and walk along the edge. Enjoyed the week and will return

The double balcony is certaintly a plus especially during the summer. The furniture is not ideal for older adults and individuals with back problems. Very low toilet seat in the master bath.

Loved having two balconies over looking both Gulf and the Intercoastal. Very unique to this area and something we've never experienced. Allowed privacy between us and our older 20+ children. Great rooms, fantastic location. Close to local fair and not far at all to Parasail at John's Pass. Felt like we had the beach and pool to ourselves given we went a bit later in the year than we normally do. If we all travel again, we'll try hard to get this condo again. Super convenient to have he elevator open right at the front door as well.

Our stay at West Coast Vista in July 2023 was truly one of our most relaxing and enjoyable beach vacations ever. Our family has been renting beach condos up and down the Gulf coast for about 15 years now and this unit was by far our overall favorite. First off it is very large and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Second is the choice of 2 waterfront balconies - watch the sunrise over the intracoastal in the morning and then enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf on the beachfront balcony. Being a penthouse unit, there was no noise in this condo from people walking on the floors above you. The rear staircase down to the pool and beach was super convenient. The pool was very clean and the beaches at Indian Rocks Beach are pristine - white sands and crystal clear waters. Honestly though, it was the little things that made this stay really enjoyable. They might sound trivial, but after staying at more than a dozen properties on the beach, it does make a difference. The keyless entry system is huge - you're not having to worry about keeping track of keys and passing them among everyone to gain access. There were tons of towels - beach and bathroom towels. In-unit full-sized washer & dryer along with a large utility room was really nice. Plenty of hangers in the closets and hooks on the bathroom walls for towels, swimsuits, etc, along with extra TP, soaps, garbage bags, etc. Unit was super clean and we will be back for sure! Thank you for a great vacation!

The rental was perfect for our family of 4 - two adults and two teens. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool, plus all of the beach towels, toys, chairs, and umbrellas. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, while the beach was quiet and not crowded at all in front of the condo. Beautiful views from both balconies. We loved our stay and would definitely book this rental again. Thank you!

It was so great to walk right out and be at the pool and right at the beach. So convenient especially when kids are involved! We did not have any issues while we were there so I didn’t have any need to contact the property owner, but communication about check in/out was clear and timely. Also walkable to several restaurants in the area, and easy to drive to St. Pete and Clearwater areas which we did for dinner one night and a dolphin boat tour for another. We can’t wait to come back! Parking area is tight (you do have a designated space) but wouldn’t recommend renting a giant SUV to get in and out of there.

the place was amazing!! With both balconies we could see the sunrise and the sunset and it was well stocked with plenty of towels and pots and pans and everything that you could need and we had a beautiful beach just steps away.

Wow, we absolutely loved this property! Really appreciated the location in proximity to the beach and walkability to restaurants and shops. Peter was so good about answering my questions before the trip and also while we were at the property. Plenty of room for all 5 adults to spread out and the place was very clean and well appointed. Loved having the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas waiting for us at this location. Restaurant recommendations from Peter were spot on. Don't miss Villa Gallace, Keegan's, Café De Paris during your stay. Took the family jet skiing at John's Pass and enjoyed a day with shops and restaurants there. We saw a manatee swimming in the ocean just outside the place on Thursday during our stay. What an amazing experience. We will be back, as the relaxed atmosphere of this area to Destin is right up our alley.

Our family loved this condo. It was much quieter than many other neighborhoods in the area, and the deck overlooked thick trees and an uncrowded beach. The condo itself was spacious and clean. We would love to come back!

Another great week in this unit! We love the views from both balconies and the quietness which really helps you to relax! The unit had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs and something for the kids (teenagers) to stay occupied at the beach. The convenience of having stairs directly from your unit to the pool is hard to find and super useful! We are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you Peter!

We loved this space! We are regular visitors to IRB. The 2 balconies were wonderful to have. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kitchen was well appointed. Best of all, we felt like the condo was very clean. I’m picky about where I stay, and this gem felt like home. Beds were comfortable, sheets & bedding were fresh, bathrooms great. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful stay & great communication. We would highly recommend this property!

Everyone had a great time, whether we were on the beach, at the pool or sitting on one of the two balconies! Great home with a fun layout. So close to several restaurants and shops. Would be great place for kids too. We will definitely come back for more fun!
